Myth is 50% - 100% for applied Force/s and 200% stronger than the original item.
The percentages for applied force/s is/are random after being applied to the item.
The percentages for comparing to the original items are randomly set after drawing them from the Gatchas.
Original Items can be known as outside things of this System.
About the skills:
Manual Way of obtaining skills will be harder in accordance of it's rarity.
Normal is 80% - 100% chances of obtaining the skill, that is because normal skill are daily activities of an average human.
Rare is 50% - 60% chances, because it is above average and near peak state of human's capabilities.
Epic is 20% - 25% chances, because it is a skill that out of peak human's capabilities and almost a fictional skill for most of the time.
Myth is 1% - 2% chances, that is because the skill is related to the real legends and myths of the world and the universe.
For the fact, Epic and Myth skills are divided into 3 categories:
Not Learned.
Learned and is about 40% (minimum power output) - 70% (maximum power output) compared to the original skill of the original owner and the said power output is depended on your mastery level, and lastly.
Owned, this is your original skill that can reach any level, not limiting only to 100%, because it's yours, so it is only about your understanding about it.
Automatic Way is about getting the skill from the Gatcha, just ignored the chances of obtaining it.]
