The art of doing nothing final

In the background, Armin could hear notification after notification going off.

After the slaughter, he caused Armin gained a large amount of XP causing him to level up five times. But he didn't care about that right now as he was still in Asura mode he had tears in his eyes as he looked around confused to where he was.

'What happened?!? Where is Eve?!?'

[User has fallen into a psychotic state and if you stayed as you were you would have been trapped in an endless slaughter. I was forced to bring you into an illusion to calm you down because if you got yourself killed I would die as well due to being connected to your soul. ]

Reading this made Armin calm down as he thought.

'It wasn't real, it wasn't real...'

Seeing himself still in his Asura transformation he asked.

'Will I go insane again if I fight in this form?'

[No. Since you calmed yourself down while in your Asura transformation you now have complete control over your emotions. If you choose you can enter that berserk mode and come out on your own at will but know that while in that state you will see your allies as enemies. I'd suggested to only use it when your fighting by yourself. ]

After reading that he felt like the skill would only be useful if he chose to send his army away and speaking of the army he checked to see if any had fallen but while doing so he noticed that new 'soldiers' have been added. A total of 20 golems making him wonder just how many he killed without even knowing. After summoning one of the golems he noticed that the ice was now black and when he asked why.

[Ice Golem -> Undead Golem-40-

The ice that makes up the golem as been corrupted with undead energy from the banner turning the frostbite ice into death ice. ]

After a few quick tests, he figured out that the golems can shoot out multiple small spears yet the size was slightly larger than a nail so calling it a spear didn't seem right. But to compensate with size was replaced with quantity as there were A LOT of them.

Armin decided to continue testing later as he noticed something strange. As he was putting his swords back into his sword realm, Excalibur wouldn't go back in and this is when he noticed the massive changes on the sword. When he asked the system once again he was given.

[Excalibur was a copy from another reality but due to the corruption of Asura it turned into a real sword but now it isn't known as Excalibur... ]

Armin was surprised and tried to inspect his new sword.

[Asura Calibur-Godly/Forbidden/Annihilation-

Level requirements: N/A (Not Available)

Requirements: Must be an Asura

Current weapon damage: 475

Durability: ♾

Skills: Destructive Force, Mimicry, Soul Bounded

Destructive Force: The Corrupted Excalibur has the ability to unleash pure, destructive power that can easily shatter anything it comes into contact with, powerful enough to create huge craters.

Mimicry: The Corrupted Excalibur has the ability to transform itself into any weapon and morph into any shape, size, and material its wielder desires.

Soul Bounded: Due to being connected to your soul the sword will grow with you. (Higher user-level = more sword damage)

Asura Calibur was created due to being corrupted by an Asura who was wielding Excalibur. But this brings in the thought of how it could have been corrupted in the first place as Excalibur would never willingly accept being corrupted... Due to this, a never before seen sword has been born in turn starting a new legend. How will the story go? How will the story end? ]

Reading the description of his new sword made Armin both happy and sad at the same time. He was happy as this sword was amazing and could grow stronger but he was sad due to killing the soul that was within...

After taking a few moments to apologize to the now destroy soul he made his way towards the boss after summoning Ruggr. While traveling he decided to try out the mimicry skill that the sword manifested.

First, he turned it into a dagger but all it was, was a shrunken down version of the normal size sword. The second was a war hammer and all it did was turn the blade into a sledgehammer head and the grip because much longer. The third was a great sword and much like what happened to the dagger it just became larger.

Armin left it as a great sword as he was more familiar with having to use them. While riding he was constantly gaining XP every few moments and since each group of his skeletons had such a large number none of them actually died as they would swarm the Golems before they could do anything.

[Level Up!!]

[Level Up!!]

The XP just kept on coming as Armin smiled while saying.

"Ahh, the Art of doing nothing! I've reached the pinnacle of effectiveness grinding XP!"

Surprisingly the system responded with.

[More like the pinnacle of laziness...]

Reading this Armin said.

"I'm starting to wonder if you're actually a real person trying this on some fancy god computer because shouldn't you be happy that I'm getting stronger without needing to risk my life? What was it again? I die you die?"

After saying this Armin didn't receive any response but in an unknown place a woman was smiling and said.

"You're such a prick Armin... You keep looking for loopholes within the system I made but that what I like about you... Your smart but most of the time you're an idiot haha. To bad Deleon, the ex god of the forge won't be able to turn you into his successor... Because you will be mine!"

As the woman continued to watch Armin through the screen, Armin was finally approaching the boss, and when he noticed what the boss as he was disappointed and said.

"Bruh... The desert dungeon had a massive centipede but your just a larger golem? Boring..."

The 'larger' golem was more like a 'gigantic' golem as it was as tall as a 30 story building! The massive golem walked like a gorilla using its front arms to keep itself balanced. The golem soon noticed his presence as it slowly started to move towards him.

[Ice King Golem-99-]

Seeing its level Armin was dumbfounded as he thought.

'What the fuck? Why is it's level so much higher than the other golems... Whatever it's so slow what could go wrong?'

Armin then re-summoned his entire army and to test the waters he sends his strongest undead to attack it and see what happens. Armin's strongest undead was the centipede but when it got within range of the golem he became horrified as it got one-shotted but it's insane attack speed and damage.

'WHAT THE FUCK! Did he put all his stats into strength and dexterity? Please be a glass cannon build...' (Insane damage but low HP)

When Armin summoned one of his swords and attacked the boss to see how much damage it caused he suddenly threw up a mouthful of blood but it wasn't from him suddenly taking any damage... It was from how much HP and damage he caused towards the golem...

[-1 HP]

[HP remaining: 999,999]

"This is fucking bullshit..."

Armin stood in the same place for a good two minutes due to the golem being so incredibly slow as he suddenly realized how to kill it.

'I'm going to be here for a long time...'

Armin then de summoned his army except for Ruggr because with its insane attack speed and damage it will just be a waste of his mana since they would die before they could even get close.

He then opened multiple portals as sword after swords came out until the sky was full of swords until he pointed towards the golem and all his weapons including Asura Calibur flew towards the golem.

The golem started to attack the multiple swords as it thought they were annoying but due to the amount the golem still gets hit and when it destroyed some of the swords Armin just replaced the sword with another.

It soon turned into a game of creation and destruction. The golem would destroy one of Armin's swords and then Armin would just recreate them back in his sword realm and use it again.

At first, Armin though if he should try and send it to his sword realm but decided not to as he needed to be very close for that to happen and the golem would have killed him long before he would be able to get close enough.

[HP Remaining: 900,000]

[HP Remaining: 800,000]

The Ice King Golems HP was lowering hit by a hit and he made Ruggr slowly walk away from the golem. But Armin suddenly had an idea.

'What if I use my Void Lightning? The void debuff would make this much quicker...'

After thinking about it for a good moment he decided not to use the lightning because if he did he wouldn't receive the loot or XP and he really wanted them so he was going to have to sit and wait and wait he did.

"DIE YOU MOTHERFUCKER!"

Once the final sword attack struck the body of the Ice King Golem all the cracks that formed during the long battle finally gave in as it crumbled down into millions of pieces and the only thing Armin saw was the XP since he immediately pressed -TAKE ALL- not getting the chance to see everything else he got because he was feeling like he was about to turn into a popsicle

Once Armin finally killed the boss he actually leveled up eleven whole levels bringing him a total of twenty levels within this dungeon. Armin made his way towards the exit as he had one thought on his mind.

'Hot bath... Hot bath...'

Once Armin got home he rushed towards the bathroom and started a very hot bath. While in the bath he decided to look at the rewards he got but first he wanted to see his stats.

After gaining a hundred more stat points Armin smiled as he knew he was getting stronger day by day as he then looked at the times he got.

Seeing the staff made Armin smile as he knew exactly who he would be giving this to. The next item he received was an Amulet.

[Frozen Amulet-???-

Requirements:???

Stats:???

Skills:???, ???

A Frozen Amulet of a fallen Empire, The Amulet has been frozen for so long that itself turned into ice! The amulets effects are unknown and if you wish to use the amulet you must understand the ??? ]

After a quick test, Armin found out that he couldn't equip the Amulet and it gave him a frown as he put in back into his inventory as he thought.

'What do I need to understand? It's a frozen amulet so maybe I need to understand the empire it came from...? Understand ice? I'll figure it out later.'

The last thing he received was a large amount of gold but he just kept saving it up and only spending the gold on HP and MP potions as everything else in the shop was kinda trashy and at one point he asked why is everything in the shop so trashy and the system told him that the current shop is limited and he needed to reach a milestone to have an updated shop. When asked about the milestone all he was told was to level up.

Armin suddenly had a thought and said.

'Can you tell me how long I was in that dungeon for?'

[The user was with the dungeon for 98 hours while outside the dungeon only two hours have passed. ]

Armin just sank deeper into the hot water as he thought.

'98 fucking hours to kill that boss... Is this some sort of online MMO super ultra nightmare raid boss... Well, it could have been worse like being fast...'
