Falkor's POV

As I was following Alsayf, or as I want to call her mom, the reason why I do is I've never had a mother figure, my real mother is a prostitute and had me on accident, my father probably doesn't even know exist, I barely got food and when I did it was meager. When I left the hell hole I called home I got a good paying job and lived in an apartment that wasn't to big and didn't have to much rent, I lived peacefully but then I lost my job, my "mother" stole my money, and I just lost my apartment when i met my new mother, Alsayf, she liked things simple and kept things simple.

Anyway I was following her when we got to a clearing and she moved some boulders in a strange order, she made it look like a track and put a boulder on it, my new mom turned towards me and said "your going to use this boulder to push off and run around this track until you drop to the ground, after that you'll have a small break to recover your stamina and then we'll start keeping track on how fast you go, when you run out of stamina again you'll take a break, this will continue until your faster than Nifti, ok?" I almost fainted when I heard this but I followed her instructions anyway.

-A Few Hours Later-

Alsayf POV

I was proud, no matter how much it exhausted Falkor he pushed through and went past his limits on a multitude of times, he eventually passed out of exhaustion and I carried him back to the colony. When I returned I washed Falkor of sweat and dressed him in his old clothing, I washed his new and noted to wash his old ones too. The young were frolicking around and playing, the humans were still here trying to gain data but when they got to close they were killed, they tested this theory and noted how close they can get, altho they lost someone they could have saved they now know where is too close, I called the young back after I changed into my dragon form but made sure to get my clothes off and washed, when they came back I told them it's time to clean up and get ready for dinner, they followed my instructions and waited patiently for dinner.

As I was watching the young I saw that the humans were packing up and I saw a weird flying thing come and pick them up, I hurriedly pushed the young into the cave to make sure they stay safe, I bore my fangs and growled until it left, but the scientists were surprised and spoke to each other until they made an agreement, I don't know what they were talking about or what they agreed on but they got on the flying thing and left. I kept the young inside until dinner, at dinner time I woke Falkor and informed him of the events and that it was dinner time, he seemed surprised and then seemed at a lost.

I blocked the entrance and went to sleep, although I was a bit restless.

-Time Skip, I'm lazy, deal with it-

I woke up and decided to hunt by myself, I opened the entrance and closed it again, as I went out I came across a berry bush and found they were edible, I grabbed some for Falkor, I hunted a few boars and found a meat market, i went into my semi human form to hide my self and saw that there were a lot of rare and endangered species, I was surprised and them angered, they had a dragon egg! How they got their hands on one is beyond my understanding but I was infuriated so I transformed into my dragon form and scared them shitless, if they tried to grab their stuff I blew some flame in their direction, eventually the humans were all gone, I transformed into my semi human form and set the animals that lived here free, and the ones that weren't I grabbed them, I took the dragon egg and put it in my mouth, I flew home and put the egg in my nest and built places for the animals.

When everyone woke up I told them the events and decided that the animals that couldn't survive where we lived would be sent to their habitat and the ones that could would stay with us, Falkor seemed amazed at the big white dog and the weird two hump creatures that I took, so I decided that if they could survive here they stay here, sadly the big white dog, that falkor calls a "polar bear", couldn't live here so I grabbed him and asked where its habitat is and Falkor explained that it lives in the arctic circle, I call it the "if ya wanna freeze to death come here" place, so I flew at speeds the polar bear could survive at and left, all the other animals could live here but a few needed tons of fruit or not a lot of fruit, it amazes me how creatures evolved to how they are now.

It took me some time but I got there and I circulated my heat to make my body stay warm, I left the polar bear at a perfect spot to live in.

-When She Returned-

When I got back the young were causing a ruckus, the humans were being chased by some and the rest were causing trouble for the adults, the animals weren't touched thankfully but the young were getting closer, I had enough, I yelled on the top of my lungs in the most ferocious roar I could " RAWR~" JK😂😊🥰

"ROOOOOAAARRRRRR!!!" They all froze as the ground shook with my roar, the young looked like they saw a serial killer, and I might just become one, I told them 'STAND AT ATTENTION!' they all stood in a straight line looking scared as all hell, the scientists looked like they died, the other parents looked relieved, and Falkor looked tired of this shit, the animals might have been scared out of their wits but their fune, maybe. As I scolding the young the scientists started to watch me, the parents came and collected the young one by one and Falkor went and calmed the aninals.

-At dinner time-

The scientists were getting ready to leave and I was going to push the young back in the cave when a bunch of weird metal animals came and the scientists went into them, I asked Falkor about them and he called them "cars" and apparently they ran on something called "Fossil Fuel" and "Diesel" whatever that was, well they were much quieter than the metal bird and they weren't covered in weapons, I yawned while we waited for the hunters get back, I was laying down on the egg and waited before getting bored out of my mind, I dont even know if the mother of this egg is still alive and if she is where in hell's name is she.

Falkor's POV

As I was caring for the animals I noticed that my mother was lost in her own world, when I heard the story about the egg I couldn't help but feel sad that the mother could be dead or searching for her unhatched baby, I just hope that the mother is ok.
