Aiden thought it would be impossible to open the frame without damaging the painting. So, he took a sharp knife and drew a line on the numbers that were formed on the picture. He noticed a piece of paper that was stuck under the painting in the upper part of the frame. He took out the paper and spread it on the table.
The next minute, he folded the paper quickly and tucked it into his inner pocket securely. When Katan turned around and noticed the horror that Aiden did to the painting, he screamed.
"What did you do?" He shouted and rushed towards the painting that laid on the floor.
He lifted it from the ground and scowled at the barbaric man in front of him.
"Let's go. Our work here is done!" Aiden informed him.
Katan stood in the same place as a statue without moving. If he had known earlier that Aiden would destroy the most famous painting in the room, he would have definitely not stayed back to see this terror.
