Land of Moon

After the Kyuubi's head was heavily hit onto the ground, the chains disappeared, along with lightning chakra coating around Raiga and he started panting while kneeling, "damn, this fox. It was f****** heavy. It must weigh at least a 200K to 250K tons. After all, my chains can only lift a maximum of 2 million times of my own capacity. Ugh, now, I can't lift even my arms, anymore. If only I knew that I came 4 months earlier, I would have trained my body for a couple of months before setting out to this Village."

Hearing his response, Hiruzen immediately ordered, "regular forces, stand by and prepared to attack. Anbu, you go and search for Yondaime, immediately."

Half a minute later, the jonins and the third Hokage became alerted as Kyuubi growled in anger and almost got free from the Sealing chains. Hiruzen immediately grabbed Raiga and jumped away as Kyuubi swiped its claws towards him after breaking away from the chains. Just then, a Giant Red toad suddenly landed on the Kyuubi, all of a sudden and pushing it to the ground. Seeing the opportunity, Raiga released the Sealing chains again from his back and firmly hold it down on the ground again.

Everyone saw a baby in Minato's arms and beside him, there was Kushina, who looked very weak but still was able to manage to stay still despite being standing on the Giant toad, which leaped from a great height.

12 years later, Konoha.

On a pleasant morning, Hiruzen was writing calligraphy for fun in the recreation hall that is located on the fifth floor of Hokage tower. Minato entered the room with a few papers in his hand, "Sandaime-sama, I hope, I'm not disturbing you. Just now, Daimyo-sama sent a letter and documents about the new treaty with the land of lightning. On certain matters, he wants to negotiate on behalf of him with Kumogakure, which is going to participate in the negotiation on behalf of the Land of Lightning. "We apologize Hokage-sama. He fooled us and slipped away from our watch. And we weren't able to catch him. Please punish us, Hokage-sama." As the two chunin level guards kneeled, Minato grabbed his forehead, "forget it. You go back and inform Iruka. He was always able to find Naruto and drag him to the class." As they went away, Minato sighed, "being a father is a greater task than being a Hokage. I just don't know what to do with that energetic son of mine."

Hiruzen put his smoking pipe in his mouth and replied, "he's still a kid. We are living in peace times. So, it's normal for children to act that way. Look at my grandson. he isn't any less of a little devil. But still, Naruto-kun never harmed anyone though, aside from doing harmless pranks. He's just like how Kushina is when she was little but more uncontrollable."

Meanwhile, in the Land of Moon's royal capital city, Inside the Royal Castle, a dozen masked ninjas were hovering in the air, trying to free themselves from the Golden chains that tightly wrapped around their stomach. Before them, stood a 6ft tall man, who has a ponytail, red in color as he controlled the chains to swung around like a helicopter and released them, who then crashed onto the walls and fell on the ground unconsciously.

After taking care of them, he looked at Shabadaba, the minster of the Land of Moon, who was standing in front of him like a statue as a Petrifying seal was applied on him to immobilize his moments completely, and released the Sealing chains towards him, which were slowly wrapping it around him, he asked, "Your Majesty, what should I do with him?"

An old man who was standing behind him, "Uzumaki-san, just free him. Even if he's a traitor, I can't punish my only friend for 40 years to death. Shabadaba, all of your assets will be ceased and be distributed to the less fortunate people of this country. I order you to leave this country, right now and never return."

"His majesty is too benevolent," Raiga commented as he took back the Sealing chains and releasing him from the Petrifying seal.

The next day, everyone in the capital city sent him off, along with the King excluding his son and grandson, who were on a vacation somewhere. Before he leaves, the King said while giving him a check that has many zeroes, "why don't you reconsider my offer?" Raiga smiled, "I'm a free bird, your majesty. I don't want to be tied to a village losing my freedom. And freedom is something that even this 10 Billion dollars check can't buy," and gave it back to him.

The King smiled, "no, it wasn't for the offer. This is for saving my life and my kingdom. Consider it as your service fee. Since we are allied with Fire Country, you can just exchange it with your ryo currency. Even for me, 900 Million ryo isn't a small amount, you know."
