Chapter 82

Seeing as she had lost the energy. I slowly pulled out of her, feeling a little tired myself. Then I fell forwards next to her, and softly kissed her lips. Then I wrapped my arms around her, pulling her in against me. She began to slowly lean back against me and relax. Her body was covered in a thin layer of sweat, but as she relaxed against me. I just felt that I was whole and that everything was right in the world at that moment. 

Then as always, something had to change. The bell began to ring signify another assault. I groaned loudly.

Then I whispered into her ear, "We could just stay here you know? No will see us missing. We could disappear if that is what you really want to do?" I felt her shudder a little at my words, then she slowly turned around. Until she was looking straight at me.
