The man then changed how he was talking to me almost immediately! "Oh well if that is the case I wish you happy slaying then, I am sure that you will be alright. As this is your first time though. You will be given a five day period for now. If you do not return you will be assumed to be dead."

The period to me just sounded more like a way of making sure people were not gone for too long and did not have the idea to travel further than they normally would. I just nodded my head at him to show that I had understood what he meant.

After that, I and Alita I both did a final check on all of our amour as well as weapons. It did not take us both that long to do this. I gave her a small kiss before we headed out. This was going to be different for us both.
