The attributes of this Magic Wand are simply too good. The amazing attribute enhancements aside, the two effects are tremendously game-changing.

The extremely high water attribute enhancement makes it the best wand for a frost mage. This single attribute is insanely overpowered.

This is a level twenty epic gear, and in a time where level fifteen gear isn't even that common, a level twenty epic gear, especially a weapon, could very well be considered divine. Considering there are only a few golden pieces of equipment throughout the entire server, this level twenty purple gear definitely stands out.

The loot dropped by wild bosses isn't usually weaker than that of master-level dungeons, and weapons gained from dungeons are also pretty rare loot items.

Most importantly, now that we have this Magic Wand, at level twenty we can equip it directly. This will be very useful in our initial dungeon exploration.
