Dia: short for diabolical

The next morning, well it wasn't even morning, but instead of waking up, I was woke up. The maids came and left, and I opened my eyes to see Diana staring at me, with wide eyes. "I'm sorry, girl, but do you have any idea what time it is? Are you sick or something?" She asked, checking my head for a fever. "No, no. It's just, I stayed up a little to late last night."

"With your friend, no doubt."

"Well, you see, we were just talking, and-"

"I don't need to hear an explanation, just hurry up, and get dressed. You have a lot of training to do, young miss!" She said, as she left the room.

I quickly got dressed, and left to meet Ash, for training purposes. "Your late, love!" He yelled, as I ran to him. I gave him an unamused face, and he laughed. "Don't worry, darling! I got here just a couple minutes ago!" He said, as he hugged me. "The faster we get to work, the the faster we can just hang out." I replied, kissing his cheek. "Right! Alright, now go ahead and pick up one of those swords. We will learn the basic defence and offense, then go from there."

I got the hang of it within an hour or two, and right as we were finishing our round for the day, I saw Diana picking flowers outside the gates. I wanted to go apologize to her from this morning, but as I got closer, I saw that she was picking flowers that contained very potent toxins. In the village, the doctor taught me what the different flowers are, and what you can use them for. "Excuse me, Dia, but why are you picking the colorias flowers? The only use for those yellow and white speckled flowers is poison, even to touch them. Are you trying to poison somebody?"

"Why, no. I just thought that they were quite beautiful. I didn't know that they were poisonous."

"If you didn't know, then why are you wearing gloves?"

"Because I don't like the dirt. Now shouldn't you be training?"

With that, Ash and I headed to our secret base.
