Xi Xing sat in her home talking to her parents. It was yet another day of her trying to convince her parents that she was okay here, that she even had friends. Her parents were happy to hear that. Then they asked a question that made her stiffen.


"Do they know who you are, what your family does?"


Her parents sighed. This has always happened. She would get friends and they would all run away once they found out who she was, what they did. She even had to transfer to where she currently is just because it got a little messy.
