Let Him Go

At the police station.

A man dressed in a yellow shirt and a blue jean sat on the bench with his head lowered. There were bruises all over his face and arm. It looks like he has been tortured.

"So tell them, you pushed her into the river or not" Mason's voice was cold and deep. His voice sent chills down his spine and he began to shiver.

Immediately, he fell on his knees and hugged Rachel's leg. "Ma'am, please, I am sorry. I shouldn't have pushed you into the river that night. I don't know what came over me that made me do that. You can slap me, hit me, but please, don't let him take me to jail. My family is waiting for me at home and their is no one to take care of my wife and children" the man cried.

Mason signaled to his bodyguards and two bodyguard came, pulled him up by his arms and pressed their fist against his stomach. The man shouted and another one pressed the fist against his mouth and immediately his mouth started to bleed.
