He tried to relax realizing, 'Jezell was right, the young lady makes me feel on edge, but why? Seeing her in the mall for the first time, when she collided into us, it was not planned it was an accident, she seemed to be in a hurry to get somewhere, but why were she smiling even when Jezell was rude by showing her the third finger. No one has ever gotten under my skin like that before and it irritates the hell out of me, then her running in front the car, I know it was not on purpose. I could see she was in pain but why didn’t she say something, someone else might have shouted at me because I was wrong, and why was I so ignorant, I didn’t even know it was her.’

Petal responded to Sarahiah, "I don't know, but if I could I will try."

"It's nothing too much, I was just wondering, seeing the color in your hair, it looks really good, I was wondering by chance if you have any extra packet of dye, the same mahogany color? I want to change my hair color."

Caleb was unable to believe his ears when Petal said, "You really like it?" When Sarahiah nodded she said, "Thanks, if you want I could do it for you, and I suppose I have an extra packet."

"Not at all, it will be my pleasure."

"Just tell me how much everything will cost and your brother will pay you, I haven't gotten my salary yet."

"It's alright, I haven't given you any wedding gift so this will be my contribution."

"Thank you so much, I really appreciate that."

"Sarah, your hair is so beautiful so why are you going to dye it?"

"I know, but a change is good, but if you don't want me to color it, I won't."

"No, no, I didn't mean it like that," Caleb said, then turned his attention to his dad, 'It is now or never,' he thought and then said, "Dad I did something today, I hope you don't mind." Caleb saw his dad looking at him so he continued, "While you were resting today a vehicle salesman came, and I traded in the van for a newer model."

"Caleb you know the company is at the brink financially, how could you make such a decision without consulting me?"

"I am sorry dad, but I had to make a spur of the moment decision. The offer was irresistible at the time and in this deal I was saving a nice change. It only cost me eleven thousand, and within a few months it would have cost me a nice change on vehicle warranty, and only recently I was approached by another salesman offering me the same model van for twenty thousand. Now we don't have to worry about maintenance of the vehicle for a while, when you finish eating you can go and see it."

"Yes dad, it was now or the deal was off."

"But where did you get the money?"

"I took it from the dowry, and I was thinking since you and mom has been working so hard, you two should go on a two weeks vacation and relax by some nice beach house. You two has been working so hard, you deserve a break from everything."

"Can I go too, please?" Petal asked.

"Petal we are broke, you just heard your father," his mom replied.

"Mom please, you need to relax and dad needs to get away from everything for a few days, and yes Petal could go along with you. I promise to look after the house and business, you can use the van and I will give you all ten thousand from the dowry money, the rest will be put away for when the need arise for Petal's wedding, and Sarahiah will help me out in the stores."
