He tried to relax realizing, 'Jezell was right, the young lady makes me feel on edge, but why? Seeing her in the mall for the first time, when she collided into us, it was not planned it was an accident, she seemed to be in a hurry to get somewhere, but why were she smiling even when Jezell was rude by showing her the third finger. No one has ever gotten under my skin like that before and it irritates the hell out of me, then her running in front the car, I know it was not on purpose. I could see she was in pain but why didn’t she say something, someone else might have shouted at me because I was wrong, and why was I so ignorant, I didn’t even know it was her.’

Margret noticed Caleb and Petal went to the study after she finished eating, but Sarahiah never left Jonas side.

When they left to go in the van, Sarahiah called Mrs. Zelda and discussed a few things with her then hurried behind them as she called Caleb.

In the van Sarahiah said, "Petal, I had placed an order for my gown when I heard there was a new selection of gowns coming, so one time you can choose an outfit, I had asked them to hold of displaying it until I have chosen my outfit."

The drive was silent after that as everyone seemed to be in their own thoughts, it was Caleb who broke the silence to ask, "Where are we going now Sarahiah?"

"Oh, I am so sorry, it is by C and C stores."

Caleb looked at Sarahiah, but she just smiled as she glimpsed to the back only to see his dad and mom eyes were closed, but Petal looked unsettled. Sarahiah wondered what Petal was thinking or what Caleb had discussed with her.
