After two weeks of lectures in seminars and conferences Doctor Nathaniel Newton was delighted to relax once again in his office at the St. Michael's General Hospital.

Being a Neurosurgeon was his only dream and ambition as a young man. He decided after much sleepless nights to get his parents to agree to his moving from Illinois to Boston with the intention of completing the last two years in medicine.

His aim and goal was to be one of the most brilliant neurologists to make a difference in the medical profession. He had sacrificed every available spare time on his researches and studies. Nathaniel never allowed anything or anyone to deter his main objective and ambitions.

Nathaniel looked back at those seven years at that moment, as a professional doctor he had accomplished his goal which he had set his mind upon, and it gave him the greatest pleasure to know that the sacrifices he made then were now bearing fruits.
