Extreme Opening the Apertures

One year later.

Jin Ming was finally able to assimilate in this kind of world. Despite the different negative treatments that the people around giving him, he was thankful because of his overprotective powerful parents, suppressing these people from acting out of hand.

Jin Ming's dad was the patriarch of the side branch of the Royal Jin Clan that's why his life was not that tough. He was be able to do what he wants in peace such as reading books about cultivation, geography, different kinds of monsters and living species, and more.

From his readings, what he found out was that the name of this world that he's living in was Heaven's Blood Planet.

It was said that this planet was made from a blood of the heavens when God split the sky and earth. This planet consist of 33 lands, however it was grouped into 11 continents, furthermore, these continents were divided into 3 classes in accordance to the richness of the vital energy.

The continent that Jin Ming and his family were in now called Blood Sun continent, one of the three major continents in the lower class. This continent has two lands that has the same richness of vital energy with the upper class. The only reason that it was not classified as one of the middle class because the continent must occupy three lands.

The cultivation system of this world have nine realms and each realms have four cycles. The first realm is called Blood Awakening. This is where one will know what blood type does the person have. In order to achieve this realm, one must open the six apertures of the human body especially the final aperture called Vital Spirit.

Through the scientific knowledges from modern Earth and cultivation knowledges of this world, in one year, Jin Ming was able to formulate an experiment that can open his apertures once more and breakthrough the first realm. Countless sleepless nights and theories were formed and validated before he was able to arrived to a plan that has a 69% possibility workable.

The reason why the possibility was high because the previous Jin Ming have already opened his six apertures before he was poisoned. He was already at the full cycle Blood Awakening realm and about to breakthrough to the next realm, the Blood Refining, back then. Despite how high the possibility that this will work, it would still be dangerous since the other possibility would make Jin Ming totally crippled.

"Are you sure about this, son?" Jin Ming's mother was greatly concerned on what they were looking at.

Right now, the family of three together with two young servants were gathering around the jacuzzi-sized pool. This pool contained eerie glowing green viscuous liquid which was made from various herbs. Despite the eeriness, this liquid contains vast vital energy that can drown a cultivator who is in Blood Refining realm.

Jin Ming nodded as he smiled sincerely on his parents. "I have nothing to lose because even if this fails, I'd still have you guys. Don't worry, mother."

What else could her mother say to persuade her son from stopping him? Jin Duan's firm hand hold onto the delicate hand of his wife and squeezed it a little to give her some assurance. "My dear, remember that we are cultivators. We wouldn't be able to reach this stage if we won't be able to face and conquer the harsh realities. Ming will face more harsher and more cruel things the further he walks down on his path."

"And that's what I'm greatly worried about. I can't lose Ming. I won't be able to handle it anymore if something happens to him." Tears were threatening to fall from this charming lady now which greatly impacted Jin Duan's mended heart.

Another hand held onto the lady's hand, it was warm that pushed some negativities on her. The lady looked at the one who held her hand and listened to the young man's comforting words.

"Mom, I truly understand what you're feeling but it would make me feel even more sad and regretful that I haven't done anything to be with you for a long long time. I know that you guys still have endless years to live and I wanna be part of all those years. This is one of the most important reasons why I want to walk the path of cultivation. So please let me be with you for eternity."

One of the things that is good being a blood cultivator is that their lifespan are very long. A decade up to a century will be added to the cultivator's lifespan on each major breakthrough on the first five of the cultivation realms, while a hundred up to a thousand years will be added to the lifespan in every major breakthrough on the last four realms.

Strength washed over Jin Ming's mother when she heard his son's heartfelt longing. As resoluteness found way on her teary eyes, she sweetly chuckled and said, "Silly me. How can I be this weak when both of my husband and my son are so strong?"

"There's the woman that I know!" Jin Duan praised.

The father and son grinned from ear to ear as to show welcome to the woman that they were familiar and fond with.

"Let's start." The lady who was now full of spirits nodded at the two.

Silver needles punctured on every major acupuncture points of Jin Ming's Body. He was like a human porcupine. These silver needles will be the channels that will let the vital energy enter his body.

Jin Ming entered the eerie pool and sat in a lotus position. His head is the only thing that can be seen protruding on this pool. As soon as he was comfortably seated, runes and formation started to glow around the pool.

Jin Ming's body started convulsing when the formation activated. His hair spiked up as flickers of electricity sparked around him. The formation was a simplified lightning formation.

Vital energy is the energy that is being breathed in and out by every living beings, and only one percent of this energy can only be retained in the body of a mortal. Those who are able to retain ten percent of the vital energy are the ones who are fit to cultivate

The reason why the pool has a simplified lightning formation so that the vital energy will be forcefully inserted and retained on a mortal body. Lightning passes through everything no matter how insulated an item can be. Lightning is a chaotic element which will create a havoc and destruction, and that's what it was doing now inside Jin Ming's body.

The use of the eerie green vital liquid is to offset the destruction and help regenerate the burned organs and muscles inside the body. The theory of destruction-reconstruction was being applied here.

Imagine how painful this was to Jin Ming yet as soon as his body became resilient to the lightning that was electrocuting his insides, he immediately said, "Please raise the lightning level to fifty percent."

Jin Duan nodded solemnly as he raised the level of the lightning thus burning the insides of his son's body again, and much more.

"Seventy-five percent!" In a span of three hours, Jin Ming's body became more resilient again whereas the vital energy was starting to cleanse his body out of impurity. As Jin Duan raised the level of the lightning, his son started coughing black fluids which were disintegrating in the pool of vital liquid.

After a series of coughing black fluids, Jin Ming's mom noticed some changes, "Mouth Aperture Realm fully wide opened." She was shocked as she muttered this statement because only geniuses from the upper class continents can do this.

Having a solid foundation varies in how opened the aperture realms of a person. This has also a big factor on knowing the limits of ones cultivation can go.

With this great result, Jin Ming's mom was now fully determined to help her son achieve his goal. She noticed that more than a half of the liquid was already been consumed. She was worried that her son won't be able to fully open all of the apertures that's why, like a possessed human by a devil, she retrieved a red, yellow and a blue vial on her pouch and poured these three on the pool making the green viscous liquid turned into cyan.

Jin Duan was fully focused on operating the lightning formation and checking his son's situation while at it. However, when he saw what his wife just did, he was greatly shock like he was also electrocuted from the lightning.

"What have you done?" Jin Duan growled in fear which took his wife back into her senses.

"Oh no!" Jin Duan's wife was now even more worried with what she've done.

Jin Ming was also able to feel the changes that happened to the pool. The vital energy that was flowing inside him was now rushing forth like torrential wave threatening to drown him of overwhelming energy. It was not the lightning that was wreaking havoc and causing destruction inside him anymore, in fact, it was the lightning that was helping him to fight against the drowning feeling of the vital energy.

"Father, raise the level into one hundred percent!" Jin Ming shouted with a sense of urgency.

Jin Duan complied right away as he also sensed what's happening inside the body of his son.

The lightning barely able to neutralize the vital energy as black and yellow fluids came out on his mouth, nose, eyes, ears and skin.

More than shock is what can describe the faces of the couple and the two servants as the five apertures were opening fully wide. But even though these five apertures were already fully wide open, it still didn't stop as these apertures started to crack and boom!

"Aaaaahh!!!!" Horrifying pain can be felt all over Jin Ming's body as his consciousness faded away.

"Quickly, take him out!" Seconds passed by before they were able to react in what have happened.

The two servants scurry right away and grabbed Jin Ming's arms, taking him out from the now black and yellowish pool.

The two servants wiped the body of the now skinny young man. When the couple looked at their son now, they were full of grief and disappointment, especially the charming lady.

"It's all my fault. What have I done?" The woman cried as he hugged her son. Jin Duan could only grit his teeth and clenched his fists hard blaming himself for being useless again.

Before, the young man, Jin Ming, who was healthy like a bull despite the delicateness of his face, was now a skin and bones almost like a dried up corpse.
