MARIA: Is he dead?
MAVIS: I don't know, but we should probably take him to the doctor.
MARIA: (Sobs) Oh no my child, my Jerry, mavis call your dad, tell him to meet us at the hospital ASAP.
MAVIS: Ok mom.
AT THE HOSPITAL
DOCTOR: Mrs Maria He's….
MARIA: Dead? I knew his condition would end him this way (sobs)
DOCTOR: He's not dead Mrs Maria he's in coma, but honestly I don't know what caused it because, there are no signs of bruises or struggle showing if it might be a fight or maybe a slump, I think it just….happened
(someone comes in)
What happened Maria?
MARIA: Benjamin!
BEN: Maria what happened?
MARIA: I don't know, Mavis said she came home and found him like this..
BEN: How could you let this happen to your brother mavis?
MAVIS: Dad it wasn't my fault I didn't even…
BEN: (Cuts in)....He is your brother and it is also your responsibility to protect him, but look at what your actions has cost..
MAVIS: (Remorsefully) But dad I wasn't even there,
BEN: That's the point Mavis, you should always be there for your family... unlike your father does.
MAVIS: Im sorry…..dad
MARIA: You shouldn't be hard on her Benjamin.
BEN: I don't want them to make the same mistakes we made, I'm sorry about what happened Mariah, but I have to leave now.
MARIAH: (Sobs) Yes leave like you always do.
(Mavis console's her mother)
MEANWHILE
Wake up, wake up Jerry!
JERRY: (Groans) Where am I (turns to See's who's calling him, and shouts in suprise) Who are you?

JERRY: No it's KUVLAD and then mine is RHO, So man our real Identity should be concealed okay?

JERRY: So from now on we are RHO and KUVLAD

RHO: I think we should get somewhere safe to stay.
KUVLAD: I can hear noises from afar, so I think beyond this trees and grasses, there's a place up ahead.
RHO: Let's go check it out.
(Someone on the tree)

(Stunts down)
You don't recognize me, do you Rho? severed my lot, and took away my arm for the bounty on your head..
RHO: Wait what? Who are you?
Allow me to introduce my self, I am Cyko.
RHO: You mean you're a lunatic?
CYKO: No
RHO: Maybe for a psychologist or psychotic?
CYKO: Not
KUVLAD: Or Skeptical
(Both turns to Carl)
RHO: Man that's not even a "psycho" Word.
CARL: Sorry.
CYKO: (Sighs) And behind you is
Mazekinah.
MAZE: But my friends call me Maze.
KUVLAD: Uh, so you're maze.
MAZE: I said my friends.
CYKO: Now that the formalities are off the way, I think it's time.....TO KILL THEM.
KUVLAD: Run!!!
(RHO and KUVLAD runs away)
MAZE: (suprised) when did Rho start running from battle?
CYKO: (chuckles) I don't know, but It's good for our health mazey.
MAZE: Oh I love it when you call me that.
CYKO: (Sighs) let's get those fools.
(RHO and KUVLAD get caught up on a dead end)
CYKO: This is a dead end for you guys I presume.
RHO: (pants) wait a minute, Is that a sword on your back?
KUVLAD: NO
RHO: What?
KUVLAD: It's two swords.
RHO: And we've been running away this whole time?
(From a distance)
CYKO: Are you lunatics discussing your doom?
RHO: Don't worry we'll get back to you!!
CYKO: Be fast, i haven't got all day to kill you…
(Back to discussion)
KUVLAD: What do you want me to do I can't fight man, you know we don't fight.
RHO: Just fight, you got this man.
KUVLAD: (Mumbles) And what will you do??
RHO: I'll... just…be here and think of an escape plan.
KUVLAD: Is that all you'll do?
RHO: I don't have swords man, now go get em tiger.
(Kuvlad leaves)
CYKO: Maze would you be so kind to eliminate him?
MAZE: With pleasure!
(Maze dashes on kuvlad giving him a massive blow on the neck and he falls unconscious)
RHO: what kind of tech is that?
MAZE: It's called "THE ABSTRACT CONTROLLER" like it?
RHO: Yeah, but there's a question?
CYKO: Before you die?
RHO: Who are those?
(Cyko turns back)
CYKO: Oh no, maze grab him.
(maze grabs kuvlad, while Cyko knocks Rho out and they leave)
AT HOME
(Door bell rings, and mavis runs to open the door)
Hi
MAVIS: Who are you?
I'm Rita, a friend of Jerry.
MAVIS: Oh Rita, wow my brother told me a lot about you
RITA: Really?
MAVIS: yeah, Well he has a huge crush on you..
RITA: Oh did he really say that part?
MAVIS: Yeah, like most times.
RITA: Ok well I'm still outside (smiles)
MAVIS: oh sorry, Well come in.
(They both get in and seat's down)
RITA: Is he at home?
MAVIS: No, something strange happened yesterday and I don't know what it was.
RITA: What! Is Jerry alright?
MAVIS: Not really, he's in coma, on my way home yesterday i felt our apartment shaking, I thought it was an earthquake so I rushed to check what was happening, immediately I got home, he was gone.
RITA: (Remorsefully) Oh no, so we won't have the date today?
MAVIS: Im afraid not, but you might as well come see he's room for your self.
(They both get into Jerry's room)
MAVIS: This is how the earthquake messed everything up.
RITA: Oh no, the place is pretty messed up, but did it affect the whole building?
MAVIS: Well I don't think so.
RITA: Well I don't think so cause, if it was an earthquake it could have affected the whole building. But I hope he gets better soon.
MAVIS: Me too, I miss him a lot.
RITA: I miss him too.... wait a minute, isn't that Carl's bag?
MAVIS: Who?
RITA: Carl, Jerry's best friend.
MAVIS: Oh you mean twinkle toes
RITA: yeah, Which means they were both here together..
MAVIS: Yeah right, but I found Jerry's body why didn't I see he's, Maybe he ran away?
RITA: I don't think so, he could never do that, he can't leave Jerry, and besides, it can't be he left through the window to save him self from the earthquake, cause he's gonna die or maybe, break a few bones if he jumped down, and Carl is afraid of heights.
MAVIS: how are you good at this?
RITA: Just logic.
MAVIS: Really smooth.
RITA: (CHUCKLES) I need to search Carl's bag for something.
MAVIS: like what?
RITA: Like, uh maybe clues, before the incident, cause people don't just disappear.
MAVIS: shouldn't you check my brother's bag, cause I think you'll find something there.
RITA: Well Carl loves writing about stuffs, especially anything that seems to amaze him, and now he's missing so I'm thinking maybe he wrote something about stuffs that links to the incident, got it?
MAVIS: (Stares at her) I guess so, smart girl.
(Rita searches Carl's bag and See's a scrambled paper)
RITA: I got something, it says "Oakland avenue alley, spooky and nice, wishing for Something dangerous" this is definitely Carl.
MAVIS: Ohh the alley at Oakland, my mom works at the hospital around the block.
RITA: Maybe we should probably go there
MAVIS: Alone??
RITA: You think we should call our parents and tell them that we found something, so they can involve the police or the FBI ??
MAVIS: Yes…
RITA: No! We are going there…..Alone.
MEANWHILE AT INN
(Rho wakes up)
RHO:(Groans) this is the second time I'm feeling pain on my butt, Carl where are you?
CYKO: Who's Carl?
RHO: I Meant kuvlad, where is he?
CYKO: Safe…. until you're both dead.
RHO: (Sighs) why haven't you killed us already?
CYKO: I thought it'll be better to watch you see your own death, Maze!
MAZE: Yes.
CYKO: Get him over here
(Maze brings kuvlad)
MAZE: He's pretty heavy, he's seems really strong, but I wonder why they ran away instead of fighting back.
CYKO: Something's not right with them
CARL: Hey buddy
(Rho tries to reach out to kuvlad)
RHO: I can't come any closer my hands are tied.
CARL: Yeah mine too
CYKO: i have three questions for you fools before you die, do you know who those people were?
(Both) Nope
CYKO: Interesting, do you know where you are?
(Both) kind of.
CYKO: (Chuckles) lastly Do you know Who you are??
RHO: I know who I am do you know who you are Carl, i mean kuvlad?
KUVLAD: Yeah I am kuvlad the unshakeable, the tormenter of lives and….umm kids and stuffs.
CYKO: (Laughs) This is so interesting maze they don't even Know who they are.
MAZE: They are blank slates
CYKO: The "wanted" Rho finally comes back from battle with loss of memory? Seems like they hit you harder than I thought.
MAZE: (Chuckles) What do we do now before they die.
KUVLAD: (Sighs) You've been saying that for hours now, why don't you get on with it.
CYKO: In a minute, why don't we explain things before death and blood, don't you agree maze?
MAZE: (CHUCKLES) most definitely...
AT HOME
MAVIS: We're in the alley What now?
RITA: We should probably go further
(Reads the paper again)
"Spooky bookshop, so loving the day, but not the fight with Jerry"
MAVIS: I've been here couple of times, there aren't any bookshops around the alley Rita, so we should probably get going.
RITA: No, maybe we should stay a little longer, I'm sure something is gonna come up.
MAVIS: No we should probably head home and call our parents, I'm leaving.
RITA: (THINKS)

Wait! He had a fight with Jerry what if, um the bookshop is not ordinary, maybe we need to get it's attention.
MAVIS: What's attention? You're making it look like the bookshop is alive or something.
RITA: No I think maybe we need to…
MAVIS: We don't need to do anything, this place is getting creepier by the second we need to leave.
RITA: We are not going anywhere until we find Jerry and carl.
MAVIS: Look I just got to meet you and you shouldn't be bossing me around okay!
RITA: I'm saying we're staying.
MAVIS: Were leaving whether you like it or not.
RITA: As a big sister shouldn't you protect your brother, cause he's your family?
MAVIS: (FLASHBACK)

(Rita pushes her off, but she tries to attack again but then…)
RITA: Look!
MAVIS: Is that?
RITA: The bookshop (groans)
MAVIS: Oh my God its really here, Im so sorry I hit you…
RITA: its okay, if you didn't, we wouldn't have seen this
MAVIS: Ok but sorry though
(They both get into the bookshop)
AT INN
RHO: Are you saying that I was a fugitive?
CYKO: "HE" was a fugitive, a bandit and he was good at what he did, he was loved by some and hated by many, he was the infamous "RHO" and kuvlad on the other hand was like his right arm, he was really strong, and they both fought side by side against their adversaries.
MAZE: He defeated our crew with his immense power, until one day he went up against the SHADE and he was never seen since..
RHO: Who are the shade?
CYKO: The blasted Dark Lord's of " "CHAOS" and they were the people you saw earlier.
RHO: Why did Rho go up against them?
CYKO: That, my foe, Is a story for another day..
RHO: This is good news Carl, we have actual superpowers and we've been scared of this two freaks, with your mighty swords and my power (That I've not even discovered yet) we can bust out of this creepy place…
CYKO: But as a fugitive how do you think the people will react to seeing you?
KUVLAD: He has a point Jerry.
CYKO: You see there's been a huge sum of money placed on your head, the slightest Chance a person gets at seeing you, will alert the others and then, they get you and we loose.
MAZE: But we can't let that happen, someone else can't take our money, So why don't we kill them here Cyko? and get the bounty on their heads.
CYKO: That's also a point, kill them!
(Maze jumps up, trying to land a huge strike on Jerry, but gets stopped by Carl's huge blades)
RHO: wow, how'd you do that?
KUVLAD: Well I've played fortnite, so how hard can it be?
MAZE: Die madafakaz !!!!
(Maze and kuvlad starts battling, and rho try's to escape)
CYKO: And what do you think you're doing?
RHO: Uh, escaping?
CYKO: Well I'm sorry but you're not leaving here...ALIVE!
(Cyko try's to electrocute Rho, but he subconsciously bounces it back to Cyko, and it hits him (Cyko) on the floor)
CYKO: (groans) I see you've learnt his reflective attack.
RHO: I just followed my instincts…
CYKO: MAZE!!!
(Maze hits kuvlad away and goes after Rho to kill him, she succeeds in getting him…)
MAZE: You are now under my grasp!
CYKO: That money is ours (Charges his body to blast Rho)
RHO: (STRUGGLES) let me go... LET ME GO!!
(Shouts and the building explodes…)
AT THE BOOK SHOP
RITA: Hello! Is anyone here?
MAVIS: I don't think someone's here..
(Cat meows)
BOOKKEEPER: Welcome children…
MAVIS: (whispers to Rita) I don't like him..
RITA: Me neither
MAVIS: But he seems devilishly handsome,
(Both gets closer to the counter)
BOOKKEEPER: Have you girls come to check for your favorite books?
RITA: Well not exactly
BOOKKEEPER: Then what have you come for, Rita?
RITA: We just have some questions….. wait a minute how did you know my name?
BOOKKEEPER: Well, I just assumed it could be your name…
MAVIS: We have some questions Mr...
BOOKKEEPER: Bookkeeper
RITA: Through our speculations we learned that two boys, came to this store to purchase some books.
BOOKKEEPER: Oh, you mean Mr Jerry and Carl?
RITA: Yes well they are missing, one actually is Missing, and the other is in a coma.
BOOKKEEPER: What! That Shouldn't happen.
MAVIS: Well I'm guessing with your reaction you know what's going on right?
BOOKKEEPER: I know a lot of things, since the dawn of time I've lived to learn, but your brains capacity of understanding the things I say will be absolutely preposterous…
MAVIS: I did not get any of that.
BOOKKEEPER: Exactly.
RITA: Can you please explain what's going on?
BOOKKEEPER: I cannot do anything for you, he was supposed to keep his own end of the bargain, now he'll face the consequences by meeting his fate because a deal…..is a deal.
MAVIS: Explain what the heck you're saying you piece of trash.
BOOKKEEPER: (CHUCKLES) The good thing Mavis, is that your brother is not dead, and Mariah, your mother, is worried about your brother in the hospital and so is your father, but he can't risk loosing everything he has…..
MAVIS: (Stammers) who are you? have you been watching my family, who are you working for?
BOOKKEEPER: Too Many words for so little time,
RITA: wait a minute, is that "INN" written on that scarf?
BOOKKEEPER: Yes it is,
RITA: I've heard of this place, my grandma used to tell me stories about it before she died, but I never knew it could be real.
BOOKKEEPER: Real? how sure are you that it's real, Rita Anderson?
RITA: I'm sure, it's like deja Vu, you look like someone I've seen before in my dreams….
BOOKKEEPER: That's absolutely thrilling, tell me more about your lucid dreams of a man in Black with a cat on his shoulder, go on and tell me more..
RITA: But I've not even said a thing, wait a minute, the mark on your hand….
BOOKKEEPER: (CHUCKLES) Say it out cause I know already…
RITA: (EXCLAIMS) Oh my God! you are "Cube" the seventh and the last remaining "onyx" you were cursed with knowledge, no wonder you know all these….
BOOKKEEPER: (CHUCKLES) I knew you'll figure it out, because you too, are cursed with knowledge....
