"Zeeth." Page said, "haha, what a joker! Thanks for saving us all from that leech. What a horrible person that guy was, thank you so much. You should heal the people he nearly killed."

While Black was falling, the talent development ended and Zeeth came back from Hetio's Lexicon. Black let him back and a sudden shockwave of energy all built up from the talismans he absorbed sent him torpedoing downward. Without Draod there he likely would've broken a few bones.

Zeeth looked around and saw a bunch of shriveled people lying around and quickly understood Page and let Pinky out to heal them. The girl Pinky healed pushed herself up and appeared even younger than before. She had her body drained and they are returned to the perfect condition as judged by Pinky, and since it used everyone it ever healed as a template, most of which were fit mages, Pinky healed her back even better, restoring parts that it thought was better and leaving out parts it thought wasn't needed. The sags in her skin, extra fat, acne, everything it could be brought to their perfect levels for her. The Natural Assistance Zeeth applied on her by being near him helped as well but those watching thought, 'he healed her AND made her prettier. She looks ten years younger.'

'I wish I could have that done to me.'

'I wonder how much it'll cost him to rejuvenate me.'

Dande watched it all happen and hoped they could be preoccupied a little longer. Something was gathering in her stomach and if she didn't move for one more minute…

But her greatest worry came true. Thick, purple veins exploded from the ice, wrapping around the surroundings like lava.

Just minutes ago, the girl who was trapped in a ball of ice began suffocating and lost consciousness. In her mind, she saw her god, a green mantis surrounded by plants and she begged, "help me out! Take control, save us!"

"Us? Nah, this is all you. You got yourself trapped. I won't die if you die."

"I'll give you ten percent of my remaining life and ten percent of my body."

"Twenty."

"Fifteen."

"Alright."

And just like that, the vein exploded, bringing the girl back from the dead. Seeing her come out, the other frozen Assistance Holders did the same. Deals were struck and Gods inhabited their subjects' bodies to keep them alive. A massive ball of magma lifted from the ground, bounced and splatted into a large pool of burning red goo. Dog exploded from his ice, shaped like an egg covered in hands. Soon, even the ones not in ice had to call upon their Gods in order to even have a fighting chance and the nettle field was instantly filled with giant Gods in mortal bodies. The overwhelming energy collided and shook their very foundation. The Gods stared at each other, waiting for someone to make the first move. When no one did, Mast, the royal that the King called upon earlier to fight the Bolluma, ran into the fray yelling, "I can do it! I can beat them!"

Minutes before, he watched as the Bolluma was frozen and destroyed, ruining his chance at showing off and all he thought about now was to find a chance to make a grand entrance. Watching all the people turn into enormous, towering beings who simply waited around was perfect. He imagined himself running in at the height of everyone's fears and defeating them all but instead, all the Gods glared at him at the same time, sending shockwaves and changing the very foundation he stood on, blasting him into the sky and sinking him back into the floor.

But this was the catalyst for all the gods to begin attacking each other, noticing their gazes distracted by the little man and exposing a tiny moment of weakness.

All except one, for that matter. Draod didn't rise. He laid flat on the floor, blood pooling around him. Zeeth watched him, thought, 'Nobody seems to like him but maybe I should bring him somewhere safe.'

Page telepathized, 'don't do that.' trapped him in a steel cage, flung it far away and motioned everyone to follow him.

They tried getting out of the mess of Deities but even the residue from their attacks was overwhelming. The cage was hit by a flying saucer which was blown back with a gust of water and then impaled with black spikes that turned into vines and finally threw it out, next to Mast. Eddie tried charging through the mess but he was blown away.

"Okay, that's it."

Zeeth reached into a bag and pulled out a tiny black knife and the blue shield. He thought back to all the attempts he made before, all the times at school when he tried to complete the circle or thought he finally had it figured out. But he saw something while he was in the Lexicon, a book on the inner workings of complex Dwarven circles, which unlocked a memory he had stored within him from that time he absorbed all the Dwarven tablets. They drew circles within the lines of other circles, fitting a seemingly impossible amount of changes and additions to one object.

He explained all this to apace who replied, 'I don't know if you can do that in such an environment. By the way, congrats on getting out. What's your talent?'

'I don't know. Haven't tried it yet.'

According to future research, you should develop a talent that directly helps you deal with what scared you enough to develop a talent in the first place. So, what was it that put you into a talent developing state?'

'I don't remember.'

'Yeah, people usually don't. Although seeing it again should ring a bell.'

A bolt of colorful lightning flashed by him and he suddenly remembered, 'electricity! That was it.'

'Really? That's it?'

'Hey, I have some serious childhood trauma attached to it. Man, what sucks. I'm not that homesick but I wanna go back just so I can kill them.'

'Well, maybe your talent can stop electricity.'

'Maybe. Wish it could've been something more useful though.'

'Well, there are also other factors, like natural-born abilities. Maybe that played a larger role.'

A giant fist rushed from above. The shield they created around them instantly shattered. In an instant, two slimes leaped out, pushing Page and Zeeth apart and springing away. A slime stuck on Page and the two performed a dance to avoid all the attacks, giving Zeeth an idea.

Fifty slimes slid away from him and grew to their full sizes. All fifty of them couldn't compare to the size of the mortal-gods, spearing like a small puddle but they quickly scattered and did their own thing, clinging onto Gods or creating traps. Meanwhile, the forty-nine he had left created a force field and dug him underground.

Page watched him sink under, fearing for his life. He tried checking what was going on but hundreds of things happened around constantly and he had to put all his focus on simply surviving. Soon, he was too far to even check and orbs couldn't get past the simple power the gods gave off.

Page recalled what had happened in a past life. Zeeth, a different one who looked the same but had his real foot and a strange set of green armor slammed an empty gold and jeweled chalice onto a table with traces of a black liquid in it. Zeeth wiped his lips with the same black liquid and yelled, "celebrate, Page! Come on, we won the Buckman Towers Tea Cup!"

"The Buchalary Towers Tournament Chalice. It's a really sacred thing-"

"Yeah, whatever! Come on, drink s'more Bick, it's really tasty! Better than beer back home."

A person with long gray hair that covered his eyes said, "what the hell is beer?! What's your home place?"

"I dunno if you know but I come from Earth. It's another planet, honestly still not sure if I am on earth still and everyone's just messing with me but someone named God said he brought me here."

"Really? A person named God? What kinda narcissistic parents named him that?!"

"Don't know. Anyways-" but just as he tried to drink more from the cup the floor fell through and the grey-haired man and Zeeth were swallowed up. Page was left staring at an empty table and wasn't until a few seconds later until he tried looking for them. He was still too weak back then and it wasn't until hours later when Zeeth climbed out of a sewer hole nearby dead. The Chalice was still in his hand and undamaged but covered in bits. The slimes came from behind him and had to move him like a puppet while carrying hundreds of other people out the hole like a never-ending river with scraps and parts from a weapon.

"What happened down there?!" Page yelled.

Zeeth glanced at the gray-haired man being strangled by a slime behind him and said, "betrayal."

When Page saw Zeeth sink into the ground surrounded by uncaring gods, he could only imagine the worst. Maybe they saw a weak prey and dragged him down to kill or sap his strength.

He swung the slime onto the arm of a god and flung himself away, floating down to the ground. But he kept watch of the ground that Zeeth sunk into.

Minutes later, a small explosion launched a dark object into the sky. Page zoomed in and noticed the shape and color, it was Zeeth's steel foot. It was attached so firmly there were only two ways it could come off, Zeeth taking it off or ripping his entire stump apart. He tried to check if there was any stump on it but the foot was spinning too fast to check. the force field broke and a blue figure emerged from the ground wielding a large oval shield. The blue was transparent like the shield. 'Actually, it looks exactly like the shield. And I can see Zeeth under it. What is that? New armor?'

The armor somehow covered his wings as well, coating them in a layer of thin, sharp film. A slime bounced him up and his wings beat, shooting him away. He glided over the Gods in a circle. He pulled out his Chaos Sword, the darkness reminding him of a dark shadow.

"Overdrive!" Each and every single one of his blood cells turned blue one by one. Blue lights coursed from his veins, covering his hands and working their way all around his body. Pretty soon, his entire body glowed with a veiny blue.

"His secret skill."

"The culmination of all his work with the monks."

"He said he was going to save it for god. I didn't realize it was going to be so soon."

Page, Elton, and Skwil all watched from their own spots. Soon, Zeeth's entire body was glowing bright blue like all his slimes, and a faint line connecting them all could be seen. Zeeth pointed the chaos sword at a slime and blinked. In a flash, a bright blue line connected the two and swapped their positions. Zeeth stood where the slime was, wrapped around a god, and the slime fell from the sky, onto the head of another god. The bright blue line faded and everything that touched it had to pause. Individually, Gods looked at the line and noticed a large gap in the shape of an oval missing. It was like an unstoppable eraser ripped through them and took clean, painless chunks of them.

Zeeth pointed the sword back at another slime and did the same thing, wiping entire chunks off. He did it again and again until the gods all scattered from him, taking slimes off.

'Who the hell is that?!'

To them, Zeeth had been like a fly, annoyingly buzzing around on the ground and hoping to squash him but ultimately inconsequential when fighting the other gods. But all of a sudden, this fly took out a machine gun and began causing serious damage

Overdrive connected not just himself to water but to all his slimes and granted them the ability to swap places. Everything between the swapped places will act as if he shot through them so if he simply went and used it he would've been damaged greatly. He used the sword to protect him but he swapped too fast and the sword was too small to block it all, tiny pieces of dust or walls would severely damage him. But now, with the blue armor, which he used God's Eye on, he could move around completely protected.

He had created plenty of things and seen plenty more but nothing matched the stats of this shield, no attack he has ever seen even came close to 9,999,999. He didn't know how it was made or how it works and even hesitated to believe it for a moment but God's Eye never lied to him before.

'Faber and the dwarves were geniuses I can't even fathom. How this armor works is beyond me but figuring out the code was the best thing I ever did, this is totally end-game armor. So many things had to come in place perfectly for me to figure this out and somehow I did. My luck, I can hardly believe it myself.'

A brown ball shot through the sky so fast it sounded like the whistle of a train. The ball smashed into his face, forcing his head to bend backward but it stopped there. Like a metal bar suddenly smacked over an anvil, he bent at a clear angle.

A small brown scorpion burrowed its shovel-shaped tail into the ground and launched another ball, shooting it in a blur hoping to kill Zeeth. But his head bent forward, a terrifying face etched into the helmet of the armor with a long, distorted eye and a mouth twisted into a smile that reached his eyes. Brown particles collected around the features of the face and a smaller brown ball collected in his face and launched back at the scorpion, smashing into the incoming ball and sending its pieces in all directions. A second small ball collected in his face again and crushed the scorpion, nearly merging it with the ground with a small splash of dirt.

The Gods scurried away from him, bearing their weapons at him. None dared to get too close and they even stopped fighting each other momentarily. This was a person who could actually damage them.
