A Different Name When I'm Back

"Yes, she's my niece." She answered with nod.

"That's great!" My mom looks so childish, she's nodding while giving us a wide smiles.

"Aida, please cook lunch for us. Thank you." My dad said and I was about to follow Aida in the kitchen but mommy called me.

"Wait, let's talk for a while." I turned around and gave her a nod. I'm afraid to talk 'cause I might call her mom.

Daddy already left and I was alone her in the living room with my mom.

"What's your name dear?" She nicely asked as I guided her sat in the couch.

"I'm Mie-" I stopped myself from talking.

I shouldn't tell her my true name! Or else that might change my name in the future. I really like my name and I can't imagine myself in a different name when I'm back.

"Ah, I'm Miela mo- ah ma'am." Aish, that's close! Whew!

"Well Miela, I am Kirstelle and my husband is Yuahn." She said as she point the way daddy went.

She talks a lot. All I did was nod, smile, and laugh. She shared many things and I still can't believe I'm here with my own mom talking about almost everything! I know that she's jolly since childhood but I didn't expect that she's this talkative in her 20's.

She even shared her memories with dad. Their first encounter, that dad was a loser in highschool and she's the campus queen. Then dad court her for almost four years. Like what the heck? I didn't even know that my dad was once a geek! That must be very embarrassing for daddy if they told me their love story.

I want to laugh so hard at the thought of daddy with eyeglasses, braces, and awful hairstyle. She just stopped when dad said that it's time for lunch.
