07-Rebuild

It's been about a week since Coben and Aj arrived in my village. At first it was kind of hectic, but recently its died down and there hasnt been any incidents. Recently I've upped my training regimen. After lizzie got kidnapped I realized that I'm not strong enough to protect anybody yet.

Oh your training Dakota? You know for a person your size your really strong.

Thanks Aj, I've been training my whole life basically. All this time ive only had one goal in my mind, protect the people I love. Shinoa is one if those people, and I wont stop until shes safe with us again.

So can you tell me how you ended up like this? Its all really weird to me. My cousin died in front of my eyes and then I meet him again when hes younger...it just doesnt add up.

Basically I made a deal with someone. I dont even know how they are but they said if I killed Shadowfrost that they would let me live this life till the end of time. When I do kill Shadowfrost I'm going to ask that guy to make you guys and Shinoa live forever too. Life without you guys would be misery. If you're there though, I feel like I could live a really long happy life.

I feel like that could be a good life too. We could rebuild the world to its former glory. But we should make it so that everyone is equal and theres no greed.

That sounds good. This planet has suffered too much because of humans. I think we need to protect the environment this time. Oh chief is coming.

Hey Aj and Dakota I need you tok to rebuilt the houses that were destroyed during the attack. I can't find Coben right now, I think he might be helping with the cleanup of the beasts.

I'll get right on it chief, Aj you go look for Coben.

I spent the rest of the day helping out villagers and rebuilding their houses. Many thanks were given to me, but I didnt feel right when they thanked me as it was my fault that their houses were destroyed in the first place. After I was done k went home.

Hey lizzie, how was your day?

My day was normal Dakota. Woke up, showered, and ate among other things. How was yours?

My day was fine, a bit busy but overall fine. We had to rebuild some of the destroyed houses. Coben is missing as far as I can tell. Tomorrow let's do something together.

Wait really...this will be the first thing we've done together in a while. What did you have in mind?

Well I had thought i teach you how to hunt or something. Or would you rather just go explore the lands for a bit?

Let's go explore. I'm not too big into the hunting, and plus I'll always have you to hunt for me. Who knows what we'll find? I look forward to it.
