The Tutor 4
It's a sunny day, the leaves of the plants in the garden sway as the fresh air blows.
The chirping of the birds playing on the trees could be heard.
Yumi closed her eyes as she inhaled the fresh cold fresh air.
She felt delighted inside, the garden is quiet and it gives her peace of mind.
Yumi exhaled as she opened her eyes. She then took her phone from her pocket, she can play online games while spending time in the garden.
Yumi is focused on playing with her phone when something suddenly hit the back of her head!
*Pak!*
"Hey!" Yumi yelled as soon as she felt something landed on her head with a force.
She turned her head behind her to check what it was, but she found the frightened Yuhan standing a few steps away from her with the soccer ball in his hand.
"Hey~!" Yumi yelled at Yuhan.
"I-I'm sorry, sister Yumi," The child apologized with his pitiful expression.
"Tsss..." Yumi twisted her mouth with her sharp gaze, "Go away, don't play here!" She said sternly.
"Y-Yes, sister, Yumi," Yuhan replied before he hurriedly walks away from Yumi.
Yumi just rolled her eyes before she turned back her attention to her phone and continued to play.
Yuhan walks away from Yumi with his lonely expression.
He is sad that he has no one to play with.
Jin had just done watering the plants in the garden. He is tidying up the hose when he saw Yuhan walking in the garden while embracing a ball.
"Hey, Yuhan," Jin called.
Yuhan instantly lifted his head and looked around when he heard the familiar voice and his eyes instantly lit up when he saw Jin!
"Brother Jin!" Yuhan happily runs to Jin.
Jin smiled, "Hey, why you looked lonely again?" He asked when Yuhan approached him.
"I'm lonely," Yuhan replied,
"Why?" Jin asked.
"Because I have no one to play with,"
"Oh," Jin blurted out, he tried to think of a way to console the child "Would you like to play with me then?" he asked.
"Really?!" Yuhan become excited!
"Ennn!" Jin nodded his head.
"What would you like to play?"
"Soccer!" Yuhan said happily.
"Alright!"
The garden is wide, so,
the two of them looked for a place to play, which is a distance from Yumi.
The two of them played happily, and Yumi can hear their laughter.
"Aish!" Yumi got annoyed when she was game over with the game she was playing. She couldn't concentrate because of that laughter in her background!
Yumi turned her sharp gaze to Jin and Yuhan who is kicking the ball in a distance from her.
But then she did not expect what would happen next!
*Pak!* It was the sound of a ball that hit something!
"Ah!" Yumi cried as she touched her face!
She felt dizzy!
The ball hit her face!
Yuhan and Jin were stunned to see what happened!
They were having fun kicking the ball earlier, they did not notice that they're already near Yumi, it was Jin's turn to kick the ball, unfortunately, he kicked the ball a little hard and it flew to Yumi!
"Heyyy~!"
The birds flew away when shouted!
Yuhan hid behind Jin, afraid that Yumi would eat him alive!
Jin pressed his lips, trying to suppress his laugher when he saw the red circle on Yumi's face!
"My apology, Young Miss," Jin apologized to Yumi, still concealing his smile.
"You!" Yumi was so furious that her face turned red due to anger!
"Were you trying to measure my temper?!"
"I told you to go away but you still stay and play here!" Yumi yelled.
"Young Miss, please don't shout at the kid," Jin defended Yuhan.
"Don't shout?" Yumi asked sarcastically, "Look what you guys had done?!"
"My face hurt so much!"
"It was me who kicked the ball, so, yelled at me if you want to," Jin continued to defend Yuhan
Yumi gritted her teeth, this guy never runs out for an alibi!
"Yuhan," Jin tried to console Yuhan who looked so scared at Yumi.
"Let's go somewhere else," Jin said, he felt sorry to the child, he knew that Yuhan just wants to be close to Yumi, but Yumi doesn't want to!
"Yeah, that's right!"
"You two must go away from me!" Yumi said sternly.
Jin throws Yumi a cold gaze before he kneels in front of Yuhan to level with him, "Would you like me to tell you a story?"
Yuhan just looked at Jin with his teary eyes. It seems like he's going to cry at any moment.
"Hey, have you already heard the story about the rude pretty princess?" Jin asked Yuhan.
Yuhan shook his head.
Yumi who is standing behind Jin raised her brows.
" Would you like to hear it?" Jin asked again.
This time, Yuhan nodded his head lightly.
"Okay, it's about the pretty princess who is rude to everyone, " Jin started to tell the story.
" She gets angry easily, she pushes away the people who love her, she always yelled to everyone and---"
"Hey!"
Jin stopped talking when Yumi suddenly interrupted him.
" Are you trying to reflect me to that Princess?!" Yumi asked sternly as she put her hand in her waist.
She is not dumb!
She knows that Jin is just making up a story, he purposely tells that story, for her to hear it!
Jin got up and turned to face Yumi, "Nope," He replied.
"Ha!" Yumi let out a sarcastic laugh,
"I am not dumb!" She said.
"The way you describe that rude pretty princess, it's like you were describing me," She added in a sarcastic tone.
Jin smirked, "It was not you, Young Miss, " He insisted.
" Because you are not as pretty as the princess in the story," He added which made Yumi become speechless!
"W-What~!" Yumi thought she heard it wrong!
'Did he just say that I am not pretty?!'
"Let's go Yuhan," Jin held the child's wrist, they then walk away and ignored Yumi.
"Y-you..." Yumi pointed Jin, she wants to stop him from walking away but he just ignored her!
She couldn't believe it!
That guy just said that she is not pretty!
This is the first time that someone told her that!
There are a lot of guys who wanted to win her heart, and yet, a mere servant guy told her that she is not pretty?!
Seriously?!

Yumi entered her bedroom, she can't move on from what Jin told her earlier!
"Ha!" She let out a sarcastic laugh, "Why would I be bothered?"
"I know that I am pretty!" She tried to console her self, " What would I expect from a dumb person like him?"
"Yeah, right!" Yumi nodded her head, she's like crazy who keeps on talking to her self!
"That guy is dumb!"
"He's blind!"
"He has no standard when it comes to beauty!"
Yumi fanned her self with her hand while pacing back and forth, she is trying to calm herself.
After a while, she stopped pacing back and forth.
She headed to her bathroom to wash her face. It's her way to calm her self.
Yumi walks to the sink, she lifted her head, but she froze as soon as she saw her reflection in the mirror.
Red dyed long hair, thick eyeliner which made her eyes look bigger, a thick and dark shade of lipstick which made her looked more mature, stern and unapproachable kind of person.
Jin's word suddenly flashed into Yumi's mind, 'You're not pretty,'.
Yumi took a deep breath, she opened the tap and started washing her face.
It took a few minutes before she finished washing her face.
She took a towel to dry her face.
Yumi looked at her reflection again. There in the mirror, she saw her face without makeup.
Yumi took a deep breath, she almost forgot her old self, the simple, and cheerful version of her.
It's all gone!
When she lost her mother, she felt like she has also lost her self.
Her mother was the one who was always there for her whenever she wants someone to talk to.
She was not an outstanding student, but her mother was always there for her to cheer her up whenever she felt down.
Unfortunately, her mother got depressed and killed her self.
Yumi couldn't find another reason why would her mother committed suicide, it is because her father had an affair with another woman who is his secretary at that time, it was Alicia!
Yes! Alicia was her father's former secretary and her father's mistress!
She saw them being intimate with each other even her mother was still alive!
That is why she couldn't accept her even though she treated her so well.
She lost the most important person in her life because of this woman, and she can't forgive her!
Yumi blinks her eyes to suppress her tears, she opened the tap and she washed her hands before she splashed water in her face again.

Yumi took her bag before she got out of her room and headed outside the house.
"Young Miss!" The bodyguards approached Yumi when they saw her, but they were a bit stunned to see the Young Miss's simple look.
"Don't worry, I am not leaving without you guys," She said.
She then opened the back of the car and rode on it.
Ryan and Japhet looked at each other before they hurriedly rode on the car,
"Where are we going, Young Miss?" Japhet asked as soon as he sat on the driver's seat.
"To the salon," Yumi said plainly.
