A little girl named Emilia, seemingly leads a normal and peaceful life, at least that what it seemed on the outside. Terrible memories haunt her due to problems with the people around her. She forgets them for a few years until she listened to a story. It all comes back to her, causing her life to turn for the worse. She begins to be possessed by a being known as "The Others", a manifestation of one's anger, sorrow, and despair. The more you feel of these, the more it grows. She tries to run away from her "Other". Will it work, or will it bring her to a terrible fate?

The Others Within - Awakening

Magna-X is given to this sub-species of the "Others" due to its ability to kill without having to rely on a host.


I was quite surprised, actually. I thought that only Emilia has this, when in fact there were even more. I tricked some of them into going into a train by telling them they won a vacation in Limbasa when in reality I just wanted to see their potential. After the experiment, I have concluded that these sub-species of the Others are incredibly strong, yet not the strongest.  However, Emilia still has a different case. It seems her Other is the strongest and smartest Independent yet. I have yet to see an Independent with the same level of strength and intelligence as Emilia's.


The Independents will usually use a weapon that their host likes the most. If their host likes katanas, it will most likely use that as well. I have approached one of these and challenged it to a fight. It defended itself pretty well, but in the end, I won. As far as I've gathered, only the region where Emilia lives has these Independents. Everywhere else in the world has mixed sub-species.


It's quite scary knowing the full potential of this sub-specie. If they find a way to know the actions of their host, they could most likely cause a war. Thankfully, they have an IQ of 60. They immediately charge at their targets, without thinking of the consequences.


I will study more of them in the near future, as I am still observing Emilia and her antics.
