Maybe Siyam is going to rescue some of the people who are still not infected and fight the zombies with his friends. Same as it was in APOCALYPSE SALVATION. and then they might find some medicines or vaccines that would prevent the infection as it happened in "WORLD WAR Z" the movie I love the most. I don't know what's really goin to happen but lets see!!
