Waking up in the hospital

A young boy
about 7-8 years old opened his eyes, what greeted his sight was a hospital room with a window on his right side of the bed and a room which had only one bed and a sliding door to his left side which was closed.
There was a slight smell of medicine in the air that made his sensitive nose slightly twitchy.
Sasuke (our MC) sat in a daze for quite some time on the hospital bed recalling the earlier events that had just happened and his encounter with the weird god.

"I died in a cliche way and got myself reincarnated. Not your everyday story now is it?" thought our MC.

In the past, he always disdained this notion of reincarnation, even though, deep in his heart, he hoped it to be actually true.
There is no sane being who wishes to die but humanity has already accepted defeat against the wish to be immortal that death has become something impossible to overcome.
It's a curse that runs through generations of humans that we are powerless to break.
We don't have any hope of achieving immortality and even if people researched on this topic wholeheartedly, it would still take centuries to implement a possible solution.
In our MC's era, he did not have that long to live, so he enjoyed his life like everyone else with the curse of limited life span in ways that gave him happiness and tried to keep regrets to a minimum.
He thought about his family in his previous life, and whether he will be able to meet them again. His reason told him that it would be a very remote possibility and will probably not happen in a very very long time.

Maybe due to the effects of Uchiha Bloodline amplifying his emotions, or in sync with grief of remnants of soul of original Sasuke, he felt a lot of sadness and loneliness welling up in his heart.
After some time of recollection of his thoughts, he finally thought about his current situation. He can think about these dramatic and emotional matters in detail further while taking a piss. His current priority was to live longer in his current life otherwise there is no meaning in thinking of these things.
He begged that god to reincarnate as Sasuke not because of his desire to correct Sasuke's story of being played like a ball that kept being tossed between seeking vengeance, revenge, mission, avenger etc. The main reason was because he wanted to travel through the multiverse even with lower power levels.
If he had chosen some cultivation world, it would have taken him a very long time in order to reach the peak of the world and even then, he will only be able to travel through space within that universe with very slim hope of breaking away from the universe.
He was tempted to go to the Warlock of magus world, but it was very difficult to obtain a good bloodline like Uchiha Bloodline in that world. He could become a magus when he travelled to that world, but for now he decided to start from this world and then improve his power levels by travelling to different worlds.

He thought about Sasuke's story.
As a child, Sasuke only wished for acknowledgement from his father and his simple wish was to spend time with his brother and his family.
MC wished for his family to spend more time with him just like Sasuke which resonated with his inner feelings.
Now, these bonds had been lost and Itachi was his only family left.
The fault was not of Itachi, not of 4th Hokage, nor any other person in the ninja world alone but of various incidents and events that led to state of the ninja world.
Villager's hatred, clan's coup d'état, Danzo's ambitions, NineTail's incident and even of events far back in history led to this tragedy.
He was not a kid who looked for a target to blame.
He would change things that could be better and just focus on improving himself.
While he was thinking of the future plot, suddenly he had enormous pain coming from his head as he saw the years of memories of Sasuke before this time in his head. He also felt the emotions of Sasuke for everything that happened. But knowing the future events, he felt more pain for Itachi bearing the burden all alone, he decided to make sure to change that ending of Itachi and try to help others. He accepted his identity as the last Uchiha and was filled with excitement for the future.
(Rumours of Itachi having lung disease is bullcrap as it was only something Tobi said and people thought it to be true because Itachi spat blood after getting hit by Raikiri? Curses!)
He thought about staying under the radar or he will be watched by Hokage's crystal ball, Danzo's Root, Black Zetsu etc.
He was currently 7 years old and in last year of junior Academy, he would have to go to Ninja Academy in a few months, and his graduation will be allowed only at 12 years of age.
(A/N : Some fillers showed other elders saying to Hiruzen to not let anyone graduate earlier and become like Itachi, so early graduation was stopped for the time being.)
Now he has 5 years for preparing for becoming Genin and there will be 6 months after that for Chunin exams which will have 1 month time break for the final Round. He will need to be prepared against Orochimaru and after that day his brother Itachi and Kisame will come to Konoha for a mission to capture Naruto aka Nine Tails and fight against Jiraiya and him.
And the only way to get stronger faster was his cheat of a system.
Thinking about the system he was given, he immediately called in his head,
(He was not one of those idiots who would shout loudly to tell the whole world about it unless calling in head didn't work)

He checked the system and guessed that he will have to atleast learn a basic minimum of the jutsu before he could upgrade it using EXP, but there were some minimum requirements of Chakra for many high level jutsu. He always believed in a strong physical and a few skills with very high proficiency in order to have some basic survival.
He checked his attributes and his Sharingan as well which was currently unawakened probably due to low amounts of chakra and no proficiency of use but due to him having Uchiha bloodline, system had been able to register it.
