Ahh, balance.

"Hey, how come I got all the experience and you got none? That makes no sense." I checked the message again, and, sure enough, all of the experience from the boss fight went to me.

"It's simple. I'm a boss as well, and all bosses classify as one race. You've killed a human before, right? Well, then you should know that you get no experience from killing someone the same race as yourself." He gave me "the look". The one which you get when you ask an obvious question.

"Huh, that's odd. I got quite a lot of Exp from killing humans, actually.. I've got two possible explanations for that. Either it's something to do with my title "anti-hero", or it's because I'm not even 100% human. Now that I've said it, it's probably the latter." I was deep in my thoughts.

"Hold on. Did you just say you've got "anti-hero"?!" Blood was surprised more than anything this time.

"Yeah, what's so special about that? You just have to make heroes dislike you, and that's easy." I explain the required conditions.

"There are probably some other hidden conditions which need to be met, otherwise lots of people would have this title. Well, thinking about it will do me no good, so I've got a different question. What did you do to make people hate you? Also, did you just say you're not a human? I'm so damn confused now." Blood had a lot on his mind, and I guess I might as well give him some answers.

"Okay, okay. I'll tell you everything in a bit, but first, how about we take a break to distribute our stat points and have a meal. Maybe a nap too." I suggested.

"Fair enough. I'm not that tired physically, but my brain still needs to take a break every so often. I wonder what size my brain is?" Alright, he is back to the usual state. We're all good.

I took out the manipulators and created the usual magic carpet, and, having jumped on it with Blood, the carpet was able to hold on just fine. It was the same the first time we were up in the sky.

"Those are a little inconsistent, don't you think?" I pointed at the four blades, which I wasn't able to predict anymore. They used to be very controllable, but now something's a little odd about them.

"Yeah, that's fine. You just have way too much mana for them to handle, hence why they sometimes break. Wait, just how high is your level? It's not uncommon for a boss to have too much mana to handle manipulators, but a human? Wait, you did say you're not completely a human. Mind explaining yourself?" And here he goes again, bombarding me with questions.

"Give me a break, will ya? Let's have a meal, then sleep. In the morning, or whatever time it's gonna be when we wake up, you can ask me anything, okay? Good. Now, to the more important topic." I said and summoned [status]

"Hey, I got a buck of level from fighting the ents as well. Let's see.. 1600 skill points, not bad. I got even more that you gave me when I killed you and considering that this boss is supposed to be easy if you know how to counter it, I'd say this is fair." I was also surprised to see [abnormal status resistance] leveled up that much.

"Hahaha. Why the hell do you get that much experience, while I only get 57 levels from the entire fight? 1600, that's just ridiculous. I got 57. Fifty-seven!!" Blood got a little mad.

That's interesting. First, his level must be quite high, and secondly, he doesn't have such an overpowered ability which literally makes you scale faster and faster then longer you play. RPG's are supposed to be the other way around, but I guess I got one of, if not the best title in the world.

"Yeah well, I have some secrets. Anyways, what's more important is how you distribute your stats. You didn't get many, so choose wisely." While he does that, I'll distribute the rest of my stats properly.

"Nice." I was happy with those stats, and now my over-the-top strength is justified. Sure, it's still way higher than any of my other stats, but all things considered, my stats are pretty well balanced for my purposes.

Maybe the decisions I make while I'm mental aren't so bad after all. The normal me would have never even thought of using Blood like a personal bat, so maybe I just have to trust my subconsciousness more.

I dashed forwards and back.

"Yup, I'm stupidly fast now, and I can swing you while I run around at lightning speed. Paired with your real lightning bolts, we make a nearly unkillable combo." I was starting to get a little tired of the scenery, plus the air wasn't very fresh, with all of those pieces of ash flying around.

"This is great and all, but how do we get you into the elevator. Last time, a wormhole appeared and we just jumped into that but what now? Nevermind, I've got a plan. I hope you don't mind being stuffed inside a space with frozen time." I picked up Blood.

"Hold up. You aren't gonna put me into your inventory, are you? Please.." He realized my intentions quite fast, but that wasn't gonna stop me.

I stuffed him into my inventory, and he had no way to resist since he couldn't really walk as such.

Time to find the elevator, I guess.
