Stone Warriors... Who need some clothes....

-- You have entered the - Temple of Flesh - prepare for battle challenger --

Charging at 15 were five humanoid statues. Each one was about the size of an average man and wore nothing but a stone battle skirt adorned with cyan jewels. Although they were unarmed the statues still gave off a dangerous vibe, each one had arms that were carved with muscles thicker than a small tree trunk.

Although other than their beautifully carved muscles, jewels, and battle skirt there looked to be nothing else to the charging brutes. Not even adorned with shoes, let alone a weapon it could be concluded that whoever made these stone warriors ran out of time. Either that or their creator really had something for fist fighting half-naked muscular men...

After all the stone statues were.. half naked.... and ..... somewhat ... suggestive ...

Probably just ran out of time....

Probably....

...

Well, at least the statues looked like they packed a punch...

Charging with a surprising speed the statues quickly entered attack range pulling back their massive arms and preparing to unload several tons of hurt upon the small boy that had intruded into their sanctuary.

The only problem was the fact that no matter how hard they punched they just couldn't seem to actually hit their target. Every time they tried to pound in that fleshy creature's face they would end up sprawled out on the ground.

Quickly getting back onto their feet the stone warriors charged at their target again only to end up in a pile on the ground.

Swiftly picking themselves up again the warriors changed 15 again in a frantic attempt to pound his face in.

But again they failed.

In fact, no matter how hard they tried the statues failed to even land a finger on the smiling boy that danced through their attacks like flowing water.

" You boys see a walking seafood buffet running past here a minute or two ago? "

Suddenly bored after playing with the strange half-naked stone warriors that attacked him immediately after he had entered the temple, 15 started to ask them a few questions to see if he could get any response out of the muscle heads.

" Then have you seen a floating skull ?"

No reaction....

" Can you guys tell me where the exit is then? "

No reaction...

" Who made you ??? Why are you attacking me ?? "

No reaction...

" Then how about clueing me in on why this place is called the ' Temple of Flesh ' because all I see is statues and stone "

The five statues paused their attacks for a moment before mindlessly attempting to punch 15 again.

15 found the stupidity of the moving statues quite cute although it also meant he couldn't really get any useful information out of them.

Oh well, he'd leave the weird moving statues alone for now so he could look over them later. 15 found the statues quite similar to something in his paper people book and he couldn't wait to play around with them for a bit.... and do some.... research.....

Of course, this research was all in the name of science !!!! and rich people !!!

Dodging past the leading statue 15 circled his attackers running over to the far side of the room to find a huge door shaped stone slab. Poking it a few times with his knife 15 tried to see if he could leave playing with the five muscular statues for later and explore the rest of the temple.

-- Kill all enemies to proceed to the next room challenger. Only then will the door open. --

Change of plans. It looked like playtime was moved forward. Although sadly it also meant he couldn't show Heins the stupid stone men.

Turning to face the statues that were charging at him from across the room 15 flourished his blood knife before dashing between the charging figures. Slashing out 15 dodged and weaved between the five humanoid figures lashing out at each one's neck in the blink of an eye sending all of them flying into the walls of the temple. Destroying several precious looking statues in the process but 15 nor the stone men really cared.

" What a battle that was. COUGH* COUGH* System are you sure you know what a battle is? All I got was a few moving statues. I mean they were interesting sure but like a battle? HA ! "

Letting out a sorry sigh 15 placed his arms akimbo and blinked his eyes innocently as he turned to face the stone slab that supposedly blocked the passage into the next room and tried to guess how it would open. Would it sink into the ground? or possibly explode ??? Or even disappear in a blinding flash of light ?!?!

Well... the system was kind of hopeless when it came to special effects. The stone slab would probably just disappear or something else lackluster.

But after a good thirty seconds of nothing happening 15 concluded that even after being decapitated one of the stone warriors was desperately clinging to life.

Shaking his head 15 turned around only to find a few stone fists an inch away from his face.

No wonder Heins had always said taunting the system was a bad idea. Apparently, it did invite disaster.

* BAM * BAM * BAM * BAM

15 soon found himself spiraling through the air thinking of 101 ways to destroy a stone statue.
