With a somewhat questionable and out of the blue announcement, the entirety of human civilization blacked out, and was transported to a strange unknown world. A boy with nothing but the cloths on his back and the number 15 was no exception. With his psychopathic tendency's coming along for the ride 15 cant wait to have fun after being locked up for the longest of times. Although due to his low karma score the system that runs this strange world gives 15 something it thinks to be useless..... only to realize it has royally screwed up....

Exploiting an Online World

While performing impromptu surgery 15 was pleased to find that not only was he able to finally damage the statues with his knife he was even able to take a peek at their system page.


Lifespan - 10,000 years ( 5000 before a drop in motor functions )


Soulless - From its creation, to this moment this creature has never bestowed a soul. It is immune to all mental attacks and soul magics.


Stone Skin - A thick layer of stone protects this construct giving it + 60 % resistance to all physical attacks.


Half unclothed - 15 % speed bonus, 15 % extra unarmed damage


Unequipped - These statues are not equipped with any weapons giving a 15% damage boost to all unarmed combat.


Enraged blood - This construct is powered by the several cursed gems that adorn its surface. While active these gems will power and protect the stone warrior. Breaking these gems will release the curses trapped within empowering the construct for five minutes. Because it is powered by these gems after the five minutes have elapsed it will enter a permanently weakened state.


System comment -  Crafted by several indecent master craftsmen these statues are quite indecent. Can be used for things other than fighting.


Although the statues were a little indecently made they were supported by a fairly focused kit and skillset.


Given the unarmed combat bonuses along with insane damage resistances while their gems were intact to an average person running into these stone warriors immediately spelled death. Although after poking around a little 15 found the jewels that adorned the warriors were a little fragile, dropping his overall evaluation of the statues by quite a bit. It was almost sad they couldn't give him a decent fight.


Turning around and leaving behind 5 mounds of dust 15 gave the temple room he was in a good look before walking over to the passageway that had opened up the second the five stone warriors had turned to dust. Sadly 15 was too engrossed in playing around with the statues and missed the stone slab's disappearance, preventing him from judging it.


In the end, it was probably for the best as he would have probably been disappointed once more leading him to collect some more bad luck by dissing the systems theatrics once more.


Pausing just before the entrance to the passageway 15 stopped dead in his tracks staring at the inscription just above the entranceway.


Carved in a big bold blocky font were four numbers.


But for some reason, the numbers rang a bell for 15, but he just couldn't put his finger on it.


Oh yea, just before being sucked into the Astral Realm he heard from another inmate that it was almost the new year. How coincidental...
