If One Kick and Punch Wasn't Enough....

Approximately twenty minutes after texting Jason about having sushi for dinner, the girls have already obtained their dinner takeouts. They decided to walk another circle around the mall to see if they missed any stores they might be interested in. Since it was a rare opportunity for them to come out like this, they were eager to check out more stores.

In the middle of walking around, Celinda got a text from her mother and led Selina to a jewelry store. "My mother asked me to help her pick up her jewelry set. We can take a look around the store while we are at it."

"Sure."

Upon stepping into the jewelry store, staffs immediately went to assist them. While Celinda exchanged a few words with the manager about her mother's jewelry set, Selina looked around for items she may like. She wasn't much of a jewelry person, so she didn't think anything would catch her eye.

Surprisingly, a rose gold clover necklace with diamonds outlining its shape caught her eyes. She smiled as she took a close look at the product. For some reason, she really liked the color of the clover and wondered if she should buy it.

Other than food, Selina would always double doubt her decisions. She would weigh the pros against the cons to see whether the product was worth its price. Though the delicate design caught her interest, she never liked attending social parties nor would she have fancy occasions to attend.

As a result of her long consideration, the cons outweighed the pros. She smiled at the staff and excused herself back to Celinda's side.

"Did you see anything you like?" Celinda asked.

"Yes, but I won't have the chance to wear it for formal occasions since I dislike parties. So, I've decided not to buy it." Selina told her the truth behind her decision.

"Hmm? Since I'm waiting for my mother's set anyways, how about you show me the necklace? We have similar tastes, so I want to see which design caught your eyes." Celinda was telling the truth since they did share similar tastes. Except, she had another motive behind asking about the necklace.

Selina pointed at the clover necklace in the display case. "This one. It's rare to find a rose gold color this close to the pink shade I like. At the same time, I wouldn't want to buy it and not wear it. It should belong to an owner who cherishes it enough to wear it."

Celinda nodded and snapped a picture of it. "This design is very nice, but maybe I could find a better one. If I do, I can send you a picture of it to see if you want it."

While they continued chatting and looking around, Roger walked into the store with a woman in his arms. Her voice was loud and rude as if she was screaming to reach the other side of the mountains. "I want the huge diamond on display!"

Hearing her arrogant voice, Celinda and Selina turned around to see what kind of person would speak like that. Once Celinda recognized Roger's face, her eyes were filled with hate and loathing. Crossing her arms, she whispered to Selina, "My ex-husband is here with another woman."

"Huh? Wow, what a bastard. Didn't you just sign the papers this morning? I wonder if he signed the documents and sent it back already. To get a woman this quick, I wonder if he is a sex addict." Selina commented as she eyed the nasty couple in sight.

The woman snatched the ring from the staff and placed it on her finger. Showing it off with wiggling fingers, she leaned into Roger's embrace and asked. "Darling, how does this look? Am I prettier or this diamond ring?"

"Of course, it's you. This ring makes you look extra glamorous." He pinched her chin and cleared his throat.

She smiled, "Then I want this ring. Buy me it?"

Roger took the expensive ring in his hand and weighed it on his palm. "Mmm, this is considered light. If you like it, I'll buy it." From his pocket, he took out a black card and was ready to hand it over to the staff.

"Ah! Wasn't there a new item in the store today? I heard it was the only ring in the market, and nobody has it yet. The design is delicately carved! Since the designer passed away, this ring became valuable. It's around hundreds of millions!" Selina purposely said as she took the product out of the employee's hands.

Celinda chuckled, "Yes. This is very beautiful. Only those who are noble and humble could match this priceless ring. So pretty. Do you want to buy it?"

Before Selina could reply, the ring in Celinda's hand was already snatched away by that loud woman. Selina gave a wicked smirk as she stirred up trouble with that woman. "Miss, we saw that product first."

"So what?! Did you buy it? Does it have your name engraved on it? Have you paid yet? No? Then it isn't yours. You were just looking at it. You poor people should scram aside. My darling will buy me this ring instead." She pressed her breasts against Roger's arm while he smirked at Celinda.

Seemingly unconcerned by the interruption, Celinda mocked. "Oh? Are you sure that man could even pay for it? If he does, then he can pay for it first. If he doesn't pay, then it won't be yours. That ring belongs to us."

"Such confidence! Darling, show her your black card to stuff her mouth shut with cash! She probably never saw a black card before!" The woman muttered as she searches for his wallet. When she found the black card, an obvious tilt curved up Celinda's lips.

Selina watched as the staff tried completing the transaction several times, but failed. Returning the card to him, the staff told him the card was no longer active. As soon as the woman heard it, she took all his credit cards for the purchase.

After swiping all five credit cards, the woman added her cards with full anticipation. Unfortunately, for her, the amount was still beyond what she could pay.

Soon, the manager came out with Celinda's mother's jewelry set and politely handed it to her. With the jewelry set in her hands, Selina and Celinda started walking towards the exit. Before leaving, Celinda turned around to the manager and said. "Right. That's my ex-husband. Give them a ten percent discount on that ring. Maybe it will keep them from less debt since that miss really wants the ring. Thanks for spending this much money on my family's business."

Linking their arms together, the girls walked out carefreely without turning back. Roger widened his eyes as he chased after them and seized Celinda's wrist; pulling her back. She released a small hiss when he grasped against her bruises. The bags in her hands also fell in the process.

"What do you want?" She stared at him with hatred filled eyes.

He said, "I paid that woman to get you jealous. I wanted you to come back to me and not divorce me. Just give me a second chance. I promise I wont force you again." Gritting his teeth strongly, his heart beat frantically from the earlier humiliation. She pretended everything was fine and even looked down on him.

When he grabbed Celinda's wrist, his sleeved pulled up slightly; revealing a venomous snake tattoo. Selina felt another migraine approaching with light dizziness. Before this migraine worsens, she must get rid of the bastard and get Celinda to safety. She placed her bags aside and interfered with him.

"Let go of her!! You jerk!!" Selina swung her leg forward, injuring his kneecap. When that didn't work, she tried pulling his arm away from Celinda's wrist, but failed. Since he was playing strong, she cracked her knuckles and punched him right in the eye. Instantly, he released his grip while covering his eye.

Celinda walked up to him, making him hopeful she would take back her words. Instead, he was met with a punch across his face followed by a kick in the groin. "Never in my life have I ever hated anyone as much as you. Scram and never show your face in front of me again or else, I will have my brother turn your life miserable. Not that it's been any better than miserable anyways. Move the hell out of my villa by the end of today."

The second she turned to leave, his arms hugged her ankles, begging her shamelessly to not abandon their marriage. Seeing this scene made Selina's anger rose. She stomped over and said, "Since one kick and punch wasn't enough, let me help."

Earlier, her spiked design boots didn't reach his knee cap. This time, he was on the floor and had his legs spread apart slightly. It was just enough for her to aim for his crotch. With one swing, he hurled like a newborn; wailing like there was no tomorrow.

Clapping her palms together, Selina warned. "Stay away from her." Quickly, she took Celinda's hand, picked up their bags and left the mall. Watching their backs getting smaller, Roger finally realized where he had seen her before. 'She's Selina Gu! Peter's girlfriend!'

Dialing Peter's number, he painfully groaned in agony. "Dude! What the fuck? Are you making a fool out of me? Your girlfriend was just with my wife. Because of her, my marriage is done for! Forget saving your parents! You're better off looking for Jason Hui yourself! Go see if you could find your girlfriend sticking to my to be ex-wife!"
