I woke up tied to a chair. Which means I can play this one of two ways
1. Pretend to stay asleep until I come up with better plan.
Or
2. Jump scare the person in front of me
As fun as the second one sounds I prefer not to die today. I wiggle my hand a little to see if I can get free of the ropes. Damn who ever tied this did not like me.
Alright here's my plan- cold water was dump over my head making me gasp and totally ruining my plan.
"Morning sleeping beauty." The green haired man said.
I rolled my eyes "Who are you and what do you want?" I said in return.
"I'm Grayson an old friend of the Dark Lord. And as for what I want, I need the location of the Dark Lord."
"I don't even know who "The Dark Lord" is." I say with annoyance.
"Really? He seemed pretty fond of you." He raised his voice. "Tell Me Where He Is."
"I'm right here." The Dark Lord purred.
My savior, and my doom, stood before my eyes. My savior because he could help me with my current situation and my doom because well, this was the man who abducted me. Great.
"Seemed like our bait worked after all." Grayson said while pulling my hair back making me wince. "I see why you liked this one, very pretty and feisty too."
The Dark Lord chuckled "You have no idea. Now that you've got my attention let's get started shall we. Because we both know the price to pay for taking something of Mine is very great."
The wind began to swirl around the room, ruining my apartment. My pictures were flung off the wall and my furniture began to move. Grayson used my couch to throw at the Dark Lord, which he blocked with half a thought. Knives from my run down kitchen were flung at the Dark Lord. With a wave of his hand they changed direction and headed back for their previous controller. Whatever attack Grayson used the Dark Lord would block without any effort. Grayson pulled the apartment wall out of place and slammed it into the Dark Lord! Only the wall never hit him, it disintegrated before impact.
I've heard of this kind of power before only in myths and stories. I never believed it to be true. But with the Dark Lord's every counter attack it only became clearer.
Black Magic
Grayson's power couldn't seem to even compare to that of the Dark Lord's. It didn't even look like he was trying, while Graysons was practically gasping for air.
"Are you done with your pitiful attacks?" The Dark Lord asked.
"My master will kill you! You will beg for his mercy!" Grayson shouted back.
"Why don't you give your master a message for me." He said coming over to Grayson. Looming over him he whispered something I couldn't hear. Grayson face paled at whatever he said. "Now scram before I change my mind about killing you."
Grayson sprinted to the door with the two men from before following at his heels. Leaving me alone with the deadly Dark Lord.
