Ch.15

I shrugged and Jessica told Skye not to sleep with me too soon because I'm a bad boy type. I raised an eyebrow and Jessica told her. "If you do sleep with him make sure it's because he's lick-able and extremely good in bed."

I scowled and said I had no plans to sleep with her. Jessica smirked. "That's because you don't think anything personal through. It's adorable that you think it won't happen because you don't plan to do it."

I growled and she sashayed off telling Skye she got me in the mood now the rest was up to her and to just roll with the pleasure because I really knew what I was doing. I huffed and went to grab Jessica but she flew up and said she'd meet the rest of the team on the Bus. I jumped and she dodged before laughing as I landed in a tree. I jumped down and told the team to ignore her perversions because she's a romance novel fan and thinks everything leads to sex.

Skye asked. "Does it?"

I shook my head. "No, that's just with her because she wants it to. I swear I stubbed a toe and it led to her wanting to play doctor once even though I'd healed instantly and broke the door."

I rolled my eyes and turned to Coulson who said I ripped my shirt. I tore it off and pulled another out of my new ring. I heard Melinda May say she wished everything with me led to sex now. Jemma Simmons said I was quite the specimen, but I ignored them and donned a new shirt.

I turned to Coulson again. "Anyways, two months minimum, maybe as much as five depending on the limits of her power. Hers aren't as focused as mine on the vibration of the universe but more on creating her own vibrations so it varies. After that a few days every month should be long enough to help her expand her power's capabilities in her free time. Getting her safe from herself and for the world will be the main goal for now."

He asked hesitantly. "And you can keep her in check?"

I nodded. "My powers dwarf hers in scope. Even without magic I can make a portal to other realities or destroy a solar system with a thought and some effort, stars and all. Hell, opening a portal into a black hole would be as easy as breathing for me and it would swallow the planet extremely fast. I could in theory tear a hole into the screaming void between realities and watch as it consumes this reality if I was so inclined to try."

He grimaced. "Thanks for the nightmares."

I waved him off. "Relax, I can close such holes with effort as well and seeing as I'm not psychotic or suicidal, it's better than the opposite."

He smiled before asking. "Wait, then couldn't you have shut down the portal over New York?"

I frowned and shook my head thinking back to the war of Manhattan. "The tesseract's power trumps my own and with it constantly feeding the portal there was no way to force it closed, trust me, I tried. It was a bit like pushing a mountain up an even bigger mountain the size of infinite size. The difference in power was simply insane and I think I'd die before I could get close."

Coulson nodded and two weeks later a war against Hydra broke out as several bases were discovered by Shield. The Ten Rings were facing their own disasters across the globe and in other dimensions so Fury sent Natasha back since Jean was needed where she was, their frontlines wiping out a rogue demon horde in the savage lands they found. Natasha sent out the call and even Thor came via the Bifrost.

We gathered as I brought Wanda and planned out our attack. Bruce was in so we attacked the Sokovia base with Quake, Skye in a suit of her design, esthetically anyways. I designed the suit to not only heal her, but to help her learn to focus on control first. It prevented her power from hurting her at all and even weakened it a great deal via magic until she's ready to handle more.

We brought the base down and secured Loki's scepter which Hydra stole from Shield a while back. Quake and Scarlet Witch were able to prevent Strucker's bombs from hitting the nearby city while Quicksilver helped take out the ground forces that weren't in tanks. Once the scepter and a bunch of Chitauri weapons and technology were loaded up in my ring, we left.

As soon as we got to the Avengers tower as Tony dubbed it, Tony wanted to look over the scepter so I passed it to him before coming to the party three days later. We had drinks, talked and Betty showed off her engagement ring. Bruce was real happy about it and we devolved into a game of pick up Thor's hammer. I picked it up first when he told us of the spell and revealed it.

I set it back down before telling Thor while they were dumbfounded. "Your father really is a genius in spellcraft. A hundred years learning all he could teach me of Asgardian magic and he's still one upping himself."

Clint called it a trick and Thor told him to go ahead, saying he knew I was worthy simply by being so old and wise. I leaned back and Natasha lay into my side while Wanda smiled from my other side, saying she liked older men. Clint failed when he tried and Tony called magic hogwash before saying it was physics. Thor told him to go for it and Tony stopped before asking if he rules Asgard if he picks it up.

Thor said yes, of course and I grunted. "Provided you don't piss off Odin or Queen Frigga."

Tony smirked saying he'd be re-instituting Prima Nocta. I scoffed and said I was damned glad I wasn't the marrying type then. Thor asked what Prima Nocta was and I huffed. "It's a right passed down back when humans were into kingdom ruling like Asgard only they had greedy nobles. Prima Nocta is a claimed right by any noble or king to sleep with a bride on her wedding night. It caused several wars and overall wasn't so useful beyond pissing off the common people. I've impaled several kings and left plenty of kingdoms in flames for them attempting to try such acts with friends I'd made over the centuries."

I popped a skittle in the air and caught it before kissing Natasha. She took my skittle and I huffed while Rhoady asked. "Wait, are you saying you're Vlad the Impaler?"

I snorted lightly. "Uh, no. Though I may have left an army or two of dead Persians in my wake around that time. No, Vlad the Impaler was really Dracula and yes, vampires and werewolves are real. Vlad was the first human turned vampire who sold his soul to a demon lord of hell for immortality. He was born in Sumeria but his legend stopped after the little event with the Persians."

I waved them off. "It's a whole thing and one of many issues the Ten Rings is responsible for dealing with as it pops up."

Rhoady and Tony failed together even with the gloves. The hammer had zapped Tony when he tried to use his dragon scale gloves. I chuckled and told him the hammer was magically sentient and could tell the gloves were made of dragon scales and it didn't like dragons. He shook his hand saying. "Son of a Bitch."

I snorted as Wanda mimicked Steve from three days ago. "Language."

Steve hung his head and Banner failed to lift the hammer. I chuckled when he went Hulk and cracked the floor. He turned back when I told him to go sit down and waved a hand to repair the floor. Steve tried and it squeaked before I smirked as he 'failed' to pick it up.

Tony asked Nat and she shook her head. "That's not a question I need answered."

He looked to Wanda and she shook her head. "I don't want the hammer even if I could lift it, pass."

Tony asked where Jessica and Jean were. I sighed. "At home with the kids. They spent so much time running around for Fury and Shield that they missed them when they got home yesterday. Apparently all hell broke loose and earth was nearly invaded by a collective of alien worlds while it was actually being invaded by a major demon lord and thirteen arch demons from the literal hell dimension."

I shrugged. "Jean killed the demon lord after a long battle that lasted most of the month and the Ten Rings had nearly been overrun by the time she finished while we were facing Strucker. The demons were slaughtered in a fiery blast from the Phoenix and the demon lord's power was stripped away so when he reforms in hell he'll be everyone's toy."

They all grimaced and Tony said he still wasn't used to how I name drop. I shrugged before Thor said they weren't worthy. Then a robot came in saying worthy over and over again, admitted to murder and sent more bots after us. I brought out my claws and tore through two bots before a third use a magnetic field to pin me to the ceiling.

I snarled as my claws bent with my arms and pinned me to the ceiling as they went through me. I couldn't move until the fight was over and the bot holding me in place with a magnetic field was destroyed. I returned my claws and fell, landing on my feet with ease before turning to Tony as Natasha said the robot used the scepter on Wanda and Pietro before they took the staff and disappeared.

I took a step towards Tony with murder in my eyes and Natasha held me back saying we'd get them back, but if I killed him he'd be dead for good. I put on my suit and had the nanite take out the Vibranium before putting in enchanted Uru that stored magic and had a non magnetic spell on it to prevent such things again. The process was unpleasant but when it was over, I told Tony his little murder bot's magnet trick wouldn't work again.

Everyone checked around and they found Ultron had gone through our personal files including the updated ones Shield and the Avengers had of my exceedingly long life, abilities and personality. I tore the computers apart and destroyed the cameras, tossing my phone on the table and telling them to do the same. They did before we left the room and I told them that every camera and speaker was now a microphone and eyes to program hell bent on wiping us out.

I turned to Maria Hill. "Make sure he doesn't access the nuclear launch codes and notify Fury. Tell him you need access to subspace links and magically encrypted software to flush and keep Ultron out of Shield and away from the launch codes."

She nodded and I turned to Bruce. "Whatever you do, don't let Wanda get near you. I'd she messes with either of our heads while under Ultron's control cities can fall by your hand and solar systems by my own."

He nodded seriously and Tony said I wasn't so dangerous before and I glared at him coldly. "If I'd tried New York would vanish with a thought."

I turned to Skye. "That remind me, you're going back to the ranch and telling Jean and Jessica to take you to Ta Lo for the duration. You can actually level all of humanity and we don't need that in Ultron'd hands. Jean is far worse than all of us and if the scepter is what I think it is, it can affect her as well."

I opened a portal and sent Skye through before turning to Tony. "Have you designed a kill bot for all of us or was I just special?"

He grunted. "It was a deterrent in case you or anyone with metal in them ever went bad."

Bruce spoke up saying Veronica was designed to face him before telling me what Veronica was. I nodded. "Then you can stay if you can be stopped."

Natasha spoke up. "But you can't."

I grimaced and she told me. "I know how much you want to get Wanda back, trust me, I do too, but you can't be apart of this. If she messes with your head even once we all die, game over."

She touched my chin and pulled my head down for a kiss, telling me she'd bring her back, whatever it takes and Jessica would help once Jean and the kids were safe. I sighed. "I'll make sure the Ten Rings are prepared incase Ultron comes after them for Vibranium, Uru or adamantium. The new suits are made of an even more powerful material called proto-adamantium which bonds the strengths of adamantium and Vibranium together. If he has access to our files then he'll come looking for it or the ingredients to make his own."

I passed Natasha two guns. "That's Arctic Vibranium or anti-metal bullets. It'll pierce through anything including the new armor. Only heavily enchanted Uru can stand up to it with extreme amounts of magic inside like Thor's hammer."

I touched her chin and made her look at me. "Survive, even if it means leaving Tony to die. An argument could be made for Clint, but we wouldn't be much of a team without him or so I'm told."

Natasha smiled and we kissed before I told her to be as safe as possible. She snorted. "Safer than sex with you my lovable caveman."

I scoffed before begging her not to let that one spread. Steve said it was too late now and I scowled before stepping through a portal. The Ten Rings were soon on red alert and well fortified even against Wanda and Pietro.
