Extra Chapter- Norae's Surprise

"Norae-ya, are you okay?" I waved my hands in front of her face. She was staring blankly. I wonder what happened so I called her once again. "Norae-ya."

"Oh, Sol-a, you are here?" She seemed to realize that I am in front of here. "I'm sorry for spacing out."

"Yeah. I just arrived though." I said as I grabbed the iced coffee she was drinking and helped myself. "So, what happened?"

"Oh, it's just that..." she hesitated. "I had a video conference with Sir Hyung-woo."

"Oppa? Did something happen? Did he do something to offend you? Tell me, grrrr that brute! I won't forgive him!" Fisting my hand and my eyes are on fire as I said that. Of course, I overreacted. Anything that upsets my Norae will pay bigtime in my hands even it's my own blood relative!

"No, no, Sol-a, relax! It is not like that." grabbing my hands trying to calm my raging nerves. We were in the coffee shop near XX Station. We decided to meet up after work before going home.

"Then what is it?" I asked curiously.

"You see..." Norae hesitated first to tell be but eventually narrated what happened. And here's what happened according to Norae:

"Yes Sir I understand." they were in a video conference at that time. It was already 4 in the afternoon in Korea while with 13 hours difference in the USA, it was more or less 5 am there.

"Good. You can submit it anytime tomorrow at my email," he said as he sipped coffee. Before Norae could reply, she heard a voice calling her Supervisor.

"Oppa, you're already awake?" it seemed that the voice just got waken up. Norae felt awkward as she did not expect that Hyung-woo has someone living together with though it is not her business to intervene or something.

"Yeah hold on a second," Hyung-woo replied and faced me, "Later then. Have a good day." he said but he seemed to forget to off his camera.

She was supposed to turn off hers when someone caught her eyes. The woman, whom she heard just a while ago was now visible in the camera. She was wearing black sexy lingerie and leaned closer to kiss Hyung-woo.

"Hmmm you tasted coffee Oppa." said the woman. Hyung-woo's hand expertly snaked his hand to her slim waist and kissed her back eagerly while Norae was watching stoned shockingly to the scene that was unfolding before her. She forgot to turn off the video conference and just stared agape.

"N-Norae??" the woman immediately pushed Hyung-woo as she realized that the video conference was still on and caught her staring at them with bewildered eyes. She looked totally ashamed.

"Ah! Uhm. Good morning Unnie." Norae awkwardly greeted. Indeed, she knows the woman. She knows her all her life. "Uhm, sorry for the disturbance to the both of you Geu-rim Unnie. Bye!" and she turned off the video call with a red face.

"Oh! So, something like that happened." I said after Norae narrated the whole event. Her face is still red from shock and embarrassment. "To witness such a thing..."

"Yeah." she agreed." But hey! It seemed that you are not surprised about it?"

"Uh." trying to avoid her eyes.

"You knew?" she looked surprised once again.

"No. Not totally." I denied. Of course, it's true. All I know that my brother is interested in Norae's sister.

"Ah. But it really shocking isn't it? My sister and your brother? Woah! Who would have thought?"

"Are you not happy with both of them?" I inquired. I wonder if it's okay with Norae that both of our siblings are hooking up?

"Of course I am happy for both of them! I hope for their happiness you know," she answered and looked at me with earnest eyes. "I hope for ours to last forever too."

I smiled at her remark. Once again, this girl made my heart flutter.
