Though she didn't actually have sex with Kaiden, they still did a lot of things that could have caused her the current emotional and elemental imbalance.

She tried to maintain her composure and stick to her initial confession of her not knowing the reason behind her current situation, but the red tint on her cheeks and her sudden silence were more than enough for the Fae King to get an idea of what actually was going on.
