With your self-diagnosis, you learn the basics about how your nanites use the dark silver slurry to multiply. However, it looks like it'll take more than that to propagate the increase of your techno-organic nanites. For that to happen, you need to use half the amount of the dark silver slurry; for a single nanite unit, and the other half needs to be a biological component. Or... you can always wait for them to breed and multiply in time.
'Hmm... it takes a single day; a.k.a. 24 hours, for two green nanites to make another through an advanced form of breeding. But, it takes up a great amount of energy from them. Thankfully, I've got a lot of surplus; thanks to my fusion reactor, if I happen to need more green nanites.'
The green nanites seem to feed on the excess heat and energy from the reactor as their lone source of food. The regular and orange nanites are different, yet similar. 'It looks like my orange nanites helps rekindle the Miniaturized Energy Cells of my regular dark silver nanites while my green nanites have their own inner bio-electricity running throughout their bodies. If their not using it to breed more of them, then they have their own surplus as well. All my Backup Batteries are filled to the brim, so in actuality... I have an amazing amount of surplus energy to use...'
With your mind made up, you command half your green nanites to breed by using half of your surplus energy. 'I believe it's wise to make more of them... I'll never know when I'll need more. By my calculations, I'll have enough of this... dark silver material slurry to double my amount of green nanites.'
With that minor task underway, you open your sense of sight and take careful and wobbly steps forward. You mean to and want to explore your surroundings... maybe you'll find something to help you piece the puzzle of where you exactly are...

As you walk out of the laboratory, you travel to and from abandoned hallways. Opening and checking each door and room as you pass them by... Each one is abandoned, dusty, the machinery in them rusty, and any fabric you find are either in tatters or have long since turned to dust.
While a part of your mind is controlling your body and using your visual sensors to scan each and every thing you see, another part of you is lost in your own mind and pocket dimension. That part of you is trying to find a shred or drop of memory. Your parsing through the databanks of each and every individual nanite for a hint or clue, but whatever drop you find is locked to you; to your slight frustration.
Although your hour long search through your own databanks gave no clues, you did learn a few things. One of the things you found out were that every single nanite that you have increases the size of your memory banks in a sort of hivemind-like way; except with a very secure Quantum Entanglement connection. Another slight amount of frustration rose up within you when you couldn't even find out how your using it; except for the fact that you are.
The words [FURTHER INFORMATION IS LOCKED][PREREQUISITES NOT YET MET] greeted you when you tried to find out more. 'At least it explains how I'm a single mind in a body made up of 20 million nanites working in concert and harmony.'
As you walked, your control over your body was growing more and more refined over time. You can now walk approximately 1 mile an hour at your current pace. Anymore faster and you lose cohesion, but thankfully your nanites can linger and travel away from your main body without losing power or dying. Your nanites need a constant supply of energy to keep on working, but they can linger and travel away without having to return and recharge for a total of 24 hours; according to your scans and calculations. Although, with an orange or green nanite alongside them, then they can remain away from your main body for a longer period of time. Also, you found out that if there were at least 10 orange nanites or 20 green nanites, then they can open a tiny circular doorway to your pocket dimension; thereby gaining access to the amazing amount of excess energy your reactor is making. With a group of them alongside the other regular nanites, then they can exist away from your main body indefinitely. It was a truly fascinating find.
As you reached some of the deeper parts of the floor of this complex; of which you found out was the 60th and that you were underground, you started seeing what looked like obvious signs of battle damage and a great struggle. The metal walls and floor had either melted holes on them; some reaching the dirt and rock behind them, or they were gone entirely. You found numerous remains of both humans and some sort of unknown alien species. All around the places you went; the deeper you traveled, the signs of battle grew grim.
You found signs of hastily made barricades, broken-down metal sliding bulkhead doors, melted down or discarded rusted weapons of all types, and the formerly barred and what looked like it was supposed to be a sealed underground shelter. The shelter; when you entered it, was a sad sight to your visual sensors. This underground shelter looked as if it was the size of a large airplane hangar. But what was in this shelter were nothing but remains. The piles of bones around different areas of the place was disheartening. This unknown alien species must have run them down and overwhelmed them in large numbers. 'There must be more than a thousand sets of human remains here... and even a larger amount of alien carcasses... My creators put up quite a fight...'
That thought brought a pang of sadness, anger, and confusion to you. With these new emotions swirling through you, you walk carefully through the fields of what was a massacre and a desperate last stand; taking care not to step on any human remains out of respect. The claw marks through the bones and tattered; or melted, remains of what must've been armor, weapons, as well the signs and clues you were picking up throughout this shelter told you a very grim story. Your creators were hunted down and massacred to the last... and there were no survivors... You felt very apprehensive about finding out more, but you pressed on. This was the deepest part of the 60th floor... what else will you find in the other 59...? Why were these things here? What are they? And why did they kill your creators...? Plus, you know in your very code that these people were your creators..., 'How do I know this?'
You scan your visual sensors throughout the expansive underground shelter with a feeling like fire running through you. Without your knowing, your orange nanites were pulsing an even more intense amount of energy; the intense glow giving away your strong emotions.
