CHAPTER 42: OUR HOUSE

I called my best friend George the next day. Telling her the good news about me being engaged.

"Besh, so happy for you. Both of you finally." She said laughing. "Now, you cannot even deny it to me that Colton don't have deep feelings for you, right." I giggled.

"Yeah, you are always right and I am always left." I heard her laughing so loud with my sentence. "I am so heavenly happy, Georgina Reed."

"I know, Shana Zaria Stewart. I know." We talked for a little longer before we say goodbye.

Then calling my twin sister Zari next and told her the good news too. She was happy that I found my man finally with proper label that could protect me, love me and be with me.

She cannot wait to meet the twins too. I told my family too and they were so happy about it. I am happy that the love of my life is going to marry me soon.

We arrived our hometown a day before Zari's big day. We got an early flight Eddy scheduled for us all. Colton needs to finish all the pending files before going for a week of absence. He wants for us to spend our time with my family.

The twins were sleeping comfortably in the stroller. As we landed at the airport around two in the morning. They were worn out from playing with each other the whole day.

The Torres has their own private plane. Sometimes, Colton uses it or either ride on the public plane. But now he ordered to use it for us. He does not want the twins to bother their sleep. I am happy because I do not like any reporters around us.

George is with us, too. She will cover some of the moments with the bride and groom exclusively for their magazine. Eddy and George were secretly glancing at each other.

I found them cute. I let them be and ignored it. I know one day I won't be in shock if they will end up together. They look good together they just can't hide it from me.

We reached at the exit area where there are two cars waiting for us.

"You take the other car, Eddy to send George home." Eddy nodded. "Meet you at the beach house for Zari's family dinner."

"Besh, I will see you tonight." George kissed me goodbye. I smiled with malicious as she rolled her eyes.

We were settled in the car. The twins were still asleep. I thanked God that they were just a blessed babies with no headache to me as they were growing.

I did not bother to know where are we now. But it did not take us too long, we stop to a guarded subdivision.

'This is not my parents' place. Where are we going?'

I wanted to ask Colton but I couldn't. We soon stopped in front of a big house with beautiful landscape.

"Where are we?" I asked looking at Colton.

"Our home, baby." He smiled.

"You have a house in our town? Since when?" Still could not believe it because he is from NY.

"We used to live in this town before not far from here. My father was working our branch here before my grandfather decided to retire." He explained. "Besides that, I developed this area to make it exclusively private. This subdivision is not easy to buy as they please." He added.

I was still in awe looking at the house in front of me. Colton already took our twins out from the car.

"Come on, we need to sleep since we haven't sleep yet." He reminded me. Colton was pushing our trolley while I am pushing my twin's stroller towards the front door.

"Wow!" I said as I got nearer the front door. The main front door was installed with Keyless Biometric Fingerprint Door Lock. And the door design itself was surely very expensive.

Colton chuckled. "The ideal door a minimalist exterior – this sleek and modern design uses uncomplicated modern materials, its stripes serving up just a touch of decoration for visual interest." He explained. "Once we get married, I want our children to live here until we get old. I want all of them to feel a house with a happy home."

I was amaze everything in the house. It doesn't have a lot of decorations or things which is I like it. Simplicity is beauty.

"What? What did you say?" Did I hear it wrong? We will be living here soon.

"I was thinking lately to let my brother be in charge the main office and I will be in charge our branch here." He spoke. "Are you okay with that? Do you not like it?"

"You know, I used to live in a building which we still called it a house. Even it was not the same environment but we were contented with it." I told him. "But I still love to live a house like this with front and back yard. As long as we are together as one family." Colton nodded. "So, whatever you think is the best for our family. I will be supporting you all the way."

"Thank you, beautiful. I know you will always be there to support me." He kissed my forehead. "Let's go to bed now and do a little something." He grinned.

We already put the twins in the master's room. Colton insisted to stay in our room since they are not yet used to it.

Colton grabbed me closer as soon as I came out from the bathroom.

"Mmmm.... You smell good, baby." He mumbled as his hands were travelled around my body. I'm still wearing my bathrobe without anything else inside.

"I just came out from the shower." I chuckled.

"Of course, you do." He lifted me up from the ground and slowly walked towards the bed. Gently putting me down, he was wearing only his boxer. I did not notice it as I came out from the bathroom because he grabbed me quickly.

He smells the same body wash I was using. The dim of light of the room still helping me to see the handsomeness of him.

"Let's blessed this room with our love." He whispered into my ear. I agreed. He reached the tie of my robe to open it.

I got goosebumps as he touched my nipple. I looked at me as he looked at me smirking.

'Oh my! This is will be tiring after.' I said into my mind.
