"Red light, then blackness. Wait, is the room moving?"

With all the strength left in him, the little child tried to wriggle away to free himself of his restraints yet it was to no avail.

Instead, his forceful movement only made the pain in his right eye more unbearable. It spread in the whole right side of his head until it felt as though his head was almost being split into halves.

John started to panic this time.

John turned back hurriedly and stuffed his coins down the right pocket of his shorts. But then as if his luck could not get any better that night, he realized that there was actually a hole at the bottom of his pocket, and before he could do anything about it, the coins had already slid out and fell and rolled on the ground.

"Darn it! Holed pockets as always!"

He bent down as he muttered a frustrated curse while at the same time picking the fallen coins one by one from the dirt and the pebbles.
