Rainbow looked at Linda, how could she say that? Linda was her best friend so, to Rainbow, hearing that really destroyed her confidence.
"I don't want anything! I want you to be my friend!" She begged. Linda just rolled her eyes. Rainbow's gaze shifted to Dimond. It was saying 'Help me!'. Dimond sighed.
"Linda can you just drop this it's not that big of a deal anyway. Besides Rainbow's gonna start crying again soon." Dimond groaned. Linda studied Rainbow's face.
"Yeah she is isn't she..." Linda sighed. Rainbow's face pinked, embarrassed by their accusations.
"I'm not!!!" She argued, frowning. Both girls raised an eyebrow and Rainbow dropped her head to the table. Barry perked up at the drama unfolding before him.
"Now, now. Everyone stop harassing Rainbow, you know she's fragile." He reminded, patting her head lightly. Rainbow let out a small groan. They laughed in a slightly hurtful way. They always did this, tease her, make fun of her, they said that they were just messing with her but some of it hurt. To them she was the easiest to pick on since she seemed like a child to them. She was younger than all of them even though she was a spring baby. She was also physically smaller than them and thinner. They treated her like a little sister a lot even though they were the same age. She was also the only one in the group that frequently had to visit the nurse, making her 'fragile' to them.
Rainbow stood up and walked off without saying anything else.
"That's right Rainbow, run away! It's the only thing you're good at!" Linda jeered as Rainbow left the room...
