Morning Fears - Rainbow

The next morning, Rainbow was freaking out. Gary Sheffield was here! What if he wanted to kill her? Should she just try to kill him before he could do anything? But he seemed innocent enough... he just wanted to be friends... right? She was so confused about how to deal with this.

Dimond walked over to her, "What's up RB?" She asked, Rainbow knew that she would just make fun of her but she needed to confide in someone. Rainbow pulled her into the bathroom where it was just them.

"The Sheffield is HERE!" She whisper-yelled and ran her fingers through her hair. Dimond gasped and her eyes widened.

"Are you sure?" She asked uncertainly as she put her hands on her hips. Rainbow only nodded, biting her lip and playing with her hair. "Shit." Dimond swore under her breath. "Have you talked to him? Do you think he's going to kill you?" She questioned.

"Yes but I don't know!" Rainbow answered, no longer whispering as the the stress played with her mind. She held her head, full on panicking now. Why had she told Dimond?

Dimond huffed suddenly. "There's nothing we can do right now Rainbow. There's no use panicking over a situation that isn't in our control. Besides if he was going to kill you, school is a bit of an obvious place." She calmed herself and took Rainbow's trembling hands into her own. Rainbow barely had any magic practice and was too young, at least mentally, to take action like her mother does. She wrapped her arms around Rainbow to comfort her. This was more important than their stupid spat anyway.
