Chapter 9 Stanley

"Waiter," Andrew called out. " Yes, Sir. Good noon, Sir, Ma'am." The waiter greeted them nicely. "Sir, I want to order Barbecue Ribs, rice and just cold water. How about you, Elle?" He asked, smiling. "Pork Steak, melon shake, rice for me please. Thank you," Elle replied, smiling. The waiter mentioned their orders again before he left the table. Andrew and Elle talked about college life when, "Hello Dad," Drew answered the call. "Yes Dad, after lunch, Elle and I will be heading back to Dale," he responded when Mr. William Jones asked their departure. Then the call ended. The waiter came back with their orders. Andrew asked abruptly, "What is your name, Sir?" "I'm James Fisher,"he replied, smiling at Elle. "By the way, this is Elle, my best friend. I'm Andrew. Can we capture some pictures before Elle and I go?" He asked, smiling. "Drew!" She called out. "Just for remembrance, Elle. Now we're leaving the city," he replied teasingly. "No problem, Sir," James replied with a warm smile on his handsome face. "You stand beside Elle, I'll take a picture of you two," Andrew commanded. "Drew!" Elle called out again. "Nah.. just agree," he smiled. James stood beside her while Andrew took their pictures. "Now let's take pictures for the three of us," Andrew said. "Wacky!" he chuckled. "This will be our last lunch here, James. We're heading back to Dale after this. Thank you for these pictures. Do you have Facebook?" Andrew asked him. "Yes Sir, James Fisher," he replied, smiling. "I'm gonna eat now, Drew. I'm starving!" Elle cut in. "Thank you, James!" Andrew said. James smiled at both of them.

"I've found him on FB!" Andrew announced cheerfully while Elle started to eat. He sent the pictures to James and said, "done." "What's done, Drew?" She asked while sipping the melon shake. "Done sending James FB request and sending him our pictures too." He answered. "Drew! We don't know him yet." She said in a low voice. "It's a decent pictures, Elle, so no worries." Andrew reassured her. "Fine, fine, fine! Touch your food now, Drew." Elle ordered. He suddenly obeyed.

After paying the bills to James, "We're leaving now, James. Hope to see you next summer here." Andrew announced, smiling. "I'm not here next summer because this coming August, I'll be in Dale City to study. I'll transfer there,"James replied, smiling at Elle. "Where will you study in Dale?" Andrew asked excitedly. "Phoenix University," he replied. "Whoah! Same with us," Elle replied. We just graduated one week ago at Phoenix High," she added. "Wow! That's nice, hopefully to see you both in August," James said excitedly. "Not awkward for me because I met you two already, right Elle?" He said with a hope. "Yes, of course, James." she said with a simple smile. She felt uncomfortable the way James looked at her. "I already sent you FB request and the pictures were in your inbox," Andrew said. "Okay, I'll check it later after work, Drew," he replied with a broad smile. "We gotta go now, James," Elle interrupted. "You two take care. Be careful in driving, Andrew. You have a beautiful girl with you." James said in a serious tone. "Oh sure, James. Elle is very important to me," Andrew replied seriously. "Gotta be going now. Too much emotions here," Elle intervened, laughing. "Can I get your number, Elle?" James suddenly asked. Andrew gave it without hesitation before she could respond. "Without my consent, Drew," she said frankly. "I'll text you later, Elle," James said, smiling. "What can I do, you already got my number?" She laughed. They bid goodbye to James. They went back to their hotel room got their stuffs and walked towards the reception area for check out.
