Chapter 84 The Good News

"What happened to Elle, Andrew?" Mr. Jerry Smith asked. He ran, caught his breath towards Andrew. Mrs. Bess Smith was with him and asked, "Is Elle alright now?" Before Andrew could speak up, the doctor came out of the Emergency Room. "Good morning, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, your daughter is fine now. She is asleep. I gave her medicines so she could rest well. I'm glad her head did not hit on the floor or else it would worsen her condition. In awhile, she will be delivered to a private room in Room 480. "I ran as fast as I could so I could catch her head instead of hitting it on the floor, Doc." Andrew intervened. "That's good, young man. You are really taking care of her very well." Doctor Pete Williams said, smiling. Andrew smiled back. "Anyways, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, you can visit her anytime from now. I'll get back to her this afternoon." The doctor said. "Thank you so much, Doc!" Mrs. Bess Smith said." She felt so hopeful and wanted to see her daughter right away. While walking toward the elevator, heading up for 4th floor, Andrew told them all the details about what happened in the tennis court. But in his mind, he thought that maybe he should had not made sex with her before the game. She got tired after all, Andrew thought to himself, silently blaming himself again. When Elle caught up that accident, it was his fault. He allowed her to drive on a traffic afternoon of Christmas Day. That time they both had sex together before she came home. And on the second time, Elle slipped off while playing tennis and it was his fault again. "Once I see Elle go back to normal, I will not allow her to drive by herself and will not make her tired after sex." Andrew thought to himself. They reached Room 480. Elle's parents first entered. Andrew was left outside. When they entered, they saw Elle sleeping so calm and quiet. Her Mom sat on a chair beside her. Her dad was standing and said, "Elle, sweetie, your Mom and I are here now. Please fight this condition. We need you go back to normal, Elle, my only princess." "Yes, Elle, you heard your Dad right. We miss the old Elle, so happy, sweet and loving." Mrs. Bess Smith said, holding her hand. Elle slightly opened her eyes. She looked at her Mom. She smiled and said, "Hi Mom! Hi Dad!" She looked at her Dad too. "Where's Andrew, Dad, Mom?" She asked sweetly. "He's outside, Elle." Mr Jerry Smith replied, smiling. "How are you feeling now, sweetie?" Mrs. Bess Smith asked, smiling. "I'm so much fine now, Mom. I remember everything now." Elle said, she sat up slowly. Mr. Jerry Smith called the Nurse's station over the phone. "That's good news, sweetie!" Mrs. Bess Smith said, smiling widely. "I remember that I got caught with that accident on Christmas Day. I was driving home from Andrew's house." Elle told them every detail of the accident. And I remember about Andrew, he is my soon to be fiance this January." Elle said, smiling. "I'm totally fine now, Mom, Dad. I remember everything, my whole life." "Good afternoon! How are you, Miss Elle?" Doctor Pete Williams greeted her with a smile. "Good afternoon, Doc! Now I remember you were the one who took care of me when I didn't know anything about me." Elle grinned. "And now I'm here, Miss Elle and I tell you all, this is good news!" Andrew entered the room. "Young man, this is good news!" The doctor repeated what he said when Andrew entered the room. "Good news about what, Doc?" Andrew asked. "Elle is fine now, her memory is back to normal now. The results of her cognitive tests are all good." Andrew smiled widely. He looked at Elle. He smiled at her. She smiled back. "Let her rest here until three days, Mr. & Mrs. Smith. She got fast recovery within almost two weeks. You really took care of her very well!" "Thank you so much, Doc. Andrew really took care of her." Mr. Jerry Smith said. "Her Mom cooked her favorite delicious meal everytime." Mr Jerry Smith said, smiling. "That's good! There will be several tests coming up by tomorrow to fully find further better results." Doctor Pete Williams announced and he left them with greetings. The Nurse followed him.

"I'll just buy fruits, Elle. What else do you want me to buy?" Mr. Jerry Smith asked, smiling. "Pizza Dad, please." Elle smiled. "Okay, my princess." Mr. Jerry Smith said, kissing her forehead. He left the room with his keys.

"Andrew, I'm going home to get Elle's clothes and prepare her favorite dish. Just stay here and take care of her again." Mrs. Bess Smith said, smiling. "Always, Aunt Bess, I will take care of her everytime. "I feel much better, Andrew. Elle, I'm going." Mrs. Bess Smith kissed her cheek.

It was Elle and Andrew left alone together in the hospital room. He came near her. He bent down and kissed her passionately on her lips. "I miss you so much, Babe!" Andrew said. "I miss you more, Babe!" Elle said. She pulled him closer and she kissed him torridly. "I'm sorry you got tired after sex, Babe, that you slipped." Andrew said. He suddenly pressed her front chest and smiled. "Not your fault, Babe. If I didn't slip then I would never be in normal condition now. Once I'm out of the hospital, we will have sex as much as we both want it. Not here, Babe." Elle laughed. "I know that, Babe. And I will not allow you to drive by yourself anymore." Andrew said seriously. "Sir yes sir." "Tell me every detail where you want to go, I'll drive you there. Thank you so much, Babe for going back to normal now. This is already an advance birthday gift to me." Elle pulled him closer and said, "Advance happy birthday to you on January 8th, Babe! It's three days from now. Thank you so much for taking care of me, Drew my only babe! I love you so much, Babe." Elle kissed him passionately and smiled afterwards. "I love you with my whole heart, mind and soul, Elle!" The couple kissed again and hugged each other so tight.
