Leo wasn't allowed to go to work. He was under strict orders from his dear wife.
"Princess, you know how much I love when you boss me around, but seriously, I'm feeling like a henpecked husband now." Andrea didn't respond. "I'm just going to the hotel to check how things are."
"You have a phone, use it!" she answered in a stern tone.
"Andrea, I want to know if the hotel business is making a profit or running at a loss. I need to oversee the building of our new hotel. Also, I have to arrange a meeting with King-Jones to discuss our project in City J. Not to mention all the stuff that's going on in City K, which needs my attention."
The word City k sent a chill down Andrea's spine. "Leo, you're not going to City k... Not when he's still out there."
Leo understood her fear. He cupped her face and consoled her. "Princess, nothing can happen to me. If I survived such a major ordeal, I could survive anything!"
"Leo, you remember when you first brought me from James Uncle's home to the Royal Manor."
"Hmm," Leo nodded.
"Every minute of the day, you used to be behind me." Leo smiled, remembering those days. "I used to think you had no work to do. I thought you were a rich, spoiled brat; who was living off his father's wealth?"
"Really, Princess, you thought, I was a worthless Prince," Leo asked with disappointment.
"Leo, you were more at the City D Royal Manor than at your own home. What else was I supposed to think?" Andrea replied.
"And then?"
"Then, I found out about all your businesses and how you managed everything without having to go to the office."
"Your point is?"
"My point is, you don't have to go anywhere. You can control all your businesses from home just as you used to do then. Your manager can handle everything at the hotel. Everything else can wait, and if it can't, then let Jason manage that."
"Princess, I feel like one of those husbands in the drama on TV. You know, the ones that stand there while the wives do all the talking."
Andrea giggled. "Leo, I'm not telling you what to do."
"Exactly! You're telling me what not to do!!!... And that is just as bad," Leo made a pitiful face and left the room.
"Aww... my poor baby!" she teased.
Andrea knew exactly how to soothe Leo. She followed him.
Leo pouted and went straight into his study. When he saw Andrea was following him, he slammed the door in anger. Leo sat on the couch, leaving the door open.
Andrea knocked on the door of the study. Leo didn't answer.
After getting no response from Leo, Andrea opened the door slowly and entered the study.
Leo looked at her for a split second, then opened a book and buried his head inside that. Andrea smiled at his antics. She locked the door.
When Leo heard the critical turn, he looked at Andrea. Then again, he lowered his head into the book.
"Leo!"
There was no response.
"Leo!"
Again, no response.
Andrea came close to him. She pulled the book from his hand and sat on his lap. She put her hands around his neck.
"Leo, are you mad at me?"
Leo tried to remove her hands, but Andrea held on firmly. "Leo, you know you can't stay angry with me forever."
"If you don't mind, Andrea, I was busy reading when you interrupted. The book was fascinating. Can you please return my book? I want to read."
"Hmm... Really? But it was upside down," she started laughing.
Leo was not amused. Andrea tried to touch his face, but he backed away.
Andrea pretended to get angry and pouted her lips. "Fine! You carry on with whatever you are doing." Then she got off his lap and began to straighten her dress while she pouted and said, "I'm going then. I thought, I'll get to spend some time with my husband. I even thought of doing a nice striptease for him. But since he's not interested then I won't disturb..."
And the very next second, an arm grabbed her waist and Andrea suddenly bumped into her husband's hard rock chest.
Leo smiled evilly at her. "You know, Princess, I was never really mad at you."
She smirked at this.
