Ray wasn't able to calm down as his understanding towards the situation of his brother and mother increased the more Ray's mind became chaotic in one hand was his brother who was nowhere near and it may be possible to find him but it will take more than 20 years to even start finding him and there was also the possibility that even after finding him through the connection they shared his brother will not believe Ray was his brother and his mother there was no way of bringing back the dead.

Ray was slowly but surely getting in the same state he was before his soul got sucked in the space crack, helpless and torn, yes after death Ray's will got stronger but he was still the same wimpy kid who locked himself down just after his first rejection and became a shut-in.

He was actually reaching the breaking point a lot faster than in his previous life because the only wish he had was to not be useless piece of shit who can't do nothing but rot in a room, to make his parents proud and happy at least in this life even though he hadn't even seen their faces in this new life but Ray thought he can Repay his parents both in this and previous world by being at least a son they can be proud of.

But now his mother was dead even before he saw her face his brother was taken away , while the connection between him and his brother was spiritually strong but the familial connection was not so he felt sad because even if they didn't have any familial bond as brothers between them they were the same flesh and blood born from same mother.

Ray was getting depressed as the understanding of situation grew and started to sink in but as he was close to break down he remembered his father in his previous life who cared for him who took everything upon himself to make Ray grow up happy and fulfilled even when he himself was not out of his sadness of losing his wife, Ray also remembered the feeling when a strong hand took hold of him when he was just born in this world how the hand was holding him softly and carefully,

these memories made Ray come back to his senses again and helped Ray calm down as he thought of his father in previous life and the touch of the strong hand.

After calming down and organizing his thoughts he started feeling sleepy as even if his soul is strong and mentally he is 16 years old his body is still of a 1 and a half year old child his brain wasn't developed enough to process so many thoughts and feelings his last thought was to start collecting information about the world and get to know his new family.

As he woke up from his sleep he asked the system to make him understated the language of this world and as the system integrated the language in his mind directly he was able to understand the maids and can even talk and if tried even read and write but he just started his information gathering and started listening to the maids around him and started playing with them and his brother (he knew wasn't his real brother) while Ray was trying to get close to the maids so he can get information by being near them, the maids were in a frenzied state and no a literal frenzy as their young master was playing with them too and showing many emotions for the first time as the young master was always calm even when he played with his brother they were actually standing there as if a statue but soon they regained their self and started playing with him as the simple minded maids they were for them it was just their calm and genius young master to become more like a child his age Ray took notice of maids actions so asked the system if system did something when he was in his Hibernation state

as he heard system he was able to come to the conclusion that the system while acting didn't show too many emotions but after he took control he showed many emotions so it was the reaction of his actions while Ray may think it only happened with the maids but the one most happy by hearing about Ray's change was his grandfather Xiao Lie, Xiao Lie or anyone around the time Ray fainted didn't really notice anything as they were concerned more about Rays health than his new emotional change.

After asking system and confirming his deduction Ray continued playing, as he got hungry maids fed the duo young masters then being tired, they slept.

Soon it became Rays routine play eat and sleep, at first he was weirded out by experiencing being fed by others but soon he got comfortable in his new routine and by hearing maids gossip about the clan, city, and such he got to know something like it was a cultivation world and even his name he never really cared about his new name So forgot to ask system about it but the maids were not really good source for information it took him more than 2 days just to know his name and about cultivation as such as they all mostly talked about the duo young masters themselves and the rest was about the men trying to court the maids or who they want to marry or the normal gossip about family and neighborhood.

Soon 6 month passed in this time Ray never did got any information to conclude what cultivation world it was but he got to know his grandfather and a little girl maids took care of with him and his brother his bond with his grandfather and his brother also grew even if they are not blood related but he quickly got in terms with it as he knew it was not his brothers fault for his real twin is not with him anymore and made a vow to know all about how his brother got so far that his spiritual connection was barely noticed by system, he was also told by system to see if his brother had anything on him as the system had been absorbing the energy excluded from his brothers surrounding and Ray noticed a necklace worn by his brother after system analyzed the necklace system told him that the energy was the primordial profound energy and the necklace was a type of treasure but Ray didn't really mind it and continued going with his life, as Ray failed to uncover what world it was even after trying for whole 1 year as he cannot just started talking and asking about everything like an adult even if he was able to, So he directly asked the system about it,

After hearing what system said Ray stood shocked then fell down still shocked to notice that he was sitting on his sleeping brother the maids instantly put him off his brother and as he got lifted up in maids arms he got back his thoughts he was so happy that he forgot about being in maids arm and tried to jump but fell down(lol) as the maid was not expecting him to do something like jumping in her arms.
