Chapter 3 (P.2)

I gag loudly, feeling my stomach boil up in pain, burning the outer flesh and making me want to sob as loud as I could, but I managed to hold it back. I can feel the bruise already forming as he pulls his fist from the area, letting his arms come loose so I fell, collapsing onto the floor.

"Come on, get up." He says, stepping back so I had space, or just so he could have a better view at all the blood. Who knows really. I groan softly, pushing myself up with one hand and stumbling, managing to step forwards and away from the edge of the cliff. He moves over and takes my hand, leading me slowly forwards. "Always get up when you're knocked down. No matter what." A feeling deep inside of me doesn't want to listen, but my mind and heart are forcing me to block it out and listen to his every word and follow it like an obedient dog.

Unfortunately, from now on chapters will be relatively small, but this makes them more frequent and easier to write. Therefore I can get the hang of writing large chapters within a span of only a few hours by slowly building up the amount of words.
