Damn! Am I worried about her?

Wei Jingyu's face was growing darker by the second, and the temperature in the hallway seemed to drop. He said, "Watch your mouth Lu."

Lu Zuan opened her mouth to say something but Shi Weiwei stopped her. She said, "Don't, Zuan. I'm basically fine, and we're getting late for class."

Lu Zuan did not want to cause trouble for Shi Weiwei, so she let herself be dragged by her.

Wei Jingyu turned on his heel and walked towards class.

He was in a bad mood enough without having to bicker with that arrogant Lu Zuan. Wei Jingyu's reason for such a foul mood was that he had seen Ying Xuan in the morning.

He had been looking out of his window as he had woken up early, and had caught a glimpse of her jogging in a tank top and hair in a ponytail. By the time he rushed out of the building, she was gone.

Wei Jingyu could not understand why he was so worked up, and he repeatedly told himself that he was not looking forward to seeing her in class.

But that was not enough as the usual Jingyu would have just not gone to class if he was not in a good mood. But his feet carried him towards the Chinese literature classroom and there developed a knot in his heart by the time he reached the door.

Wei Jingyu threw the door open and searched for her face. But he was highly disappointed when he did not see.

Jingyu was about to turn around and leave the classroom when a band of girls moved and he caught sight of that familiar face.

All his foul mood and grumpiness vanished in a second as his feet began to carry him towards her.

But as Wei Jingyu walked closer, he frowned. "Wait. That's not her. The face is completely the same, but the way she is sitting there surrounded by a bunch of giggling girls, not possible."

Wei Jingyu stood there frowning for a moment when Ying Xi opened her mouth and said something. Wei Jingyu did not catch what she was saying, but then suddenly it hit him. Of course, this was the twin. "Damn, they really look alike!" Jingyu thought as he turned around.

But then he thought something and went to the last row and sat down on the window seat.

The teacher had arrived and class started. Wei Jingyu slid towards the window and looked out. He could not even be bothered to take out his book. He caught himself thinking about how he had sat there just yesterday with her and they had actually talked. But she did not seem to like him.

At this thought, Wei Jingyu's face fell as he remembered the expressionless way she had talked to him and the dazzling smile she had given the boy who had asked if he could eat lunch with her. "Damn, where is this girl? Is she sick? No, I saw her this morning. Did something happen? Am I worried about her? I am going crazy!!!"

While he sat there wrapped in his thoughts, Wei Jingyu had not noticed the very face he was thinking about turning around to sneak glances at him.
