Most important thing is love

Lu Zuan kicked Shaoyan under the table and muttered, "Shut up."

Ying Xuan changed the topic and elbowed Shi Weiwei. 'Someone sure is popular.' she signed.

Lu Zuan rolled her eyes, "Says the campus belle." Shi Weiwei chuckled as Xuan turned red. She handed the latter an envelope.

'What's this?' Xuan signed with a frown.

Shi Weiwei shrugged as she took out her notebook, "Probably another love letter. A boy in Chinese literature gave it to me and asked me to pass on."

Ying Xuan sighed as she tore open the letter. It was indeed a love letter, and a very cheeky one at that.

She read it, sighed and put it in her pocket.

Lu Zuan frowned, "Why are you keeping that? You don't plan on accepting the proposal right?"

Su Shaoyan rolled his eyes, "It's because she'll never disregard anyone's love."

Zuan raised and eyebrow and Xuan explained, 'I'm not planning on accepting, but it'll be very rude to just ignore this boy and throw away the letter. I'll talk to him, give him an answer."

Lu Zuan crossed her arms, "What will you do with the letter then?"

Ying Xuan signed, 'Of course I'll keep it. It's very rude to throw away something which someone has made with love.'

Su Shaoyan cut in, leaning across the table, "Come on, you can't be serious. Don't tell me you keep all these love letters and greeting cards?"

Shi Weiwei nodded, not looking up from her notebook, "She does. Even the little scribbled love notes."

Lu Zuan and Su Shaoyan stared at Ying Xuan, who went very red and looked down. She signed shyly, 'I cannot even think about throwing away something that has someone's love. Because the most precious thing in this world is love. The saddest thing ever is to not love anything, and not be loved by anything.'

Lu Zuan still looked at Xuan like she was mad, but Su Shaoyan leaned back and said with a smile on his lips, "No wonder every boy on the campus loves you. No one can probably resist such a kind heart with such a godly face."

Shi Weiwei cut in, "We can discuss Xuan's heart any other time. We need to start practicing. You have to act in the play in a week."

'In a week!!!!!' Ying Xuan's face looked like she would jump up and scream. 'But the end of semester ball isn't for another month!!' she signed, her hands moving so quickly that the three had some trouble understanding it.

Shi Weiwei patted her shoulder, "Calm down. Our teacher will first see the plays of all the students in a week. He'll be choosing the best three who will get to perform at the end of semester ball."

Ying Xuan slumped back in her chair as Su Shaoyan asked, "You've got the main leads, what about the other roles?"

Shi Weiwei beamed, "I've got it covered. Most of the roles have been filled, I advertised and took auditions for them."

Su Shaoyan applauded her, "Great. You're on the track to becoming a real director."

Shi Weiwei blushed and Ying Xuan pulled Shaoyan's ear, 'Focus on studying. You'll fail otherwise.'
