Dance of Sun and Moon- A Poetry Collective

We have been handed a gift of life and how rude of us to go about our day as if we are owed anything more.


How inconsiderate of us to harm our own minds and others with doubt.


How unacceptable it is that we end up passing this idea to children;


'this life is cursed and we're better off without it.'


We have been breeding our children in negativity and even though you say, "Be kind"


they heard you the same way when you looked in the mirror and called yourself ugly.


Children see the world we let them and they are what the future will be.


So let's let them learn happy, let them see free.


Let them see respect, and let us see what kind of world they end up creating.


I promise, with simple love it will be much safer than
