One of the rules in the Trial of the Divine Dragon states that the participants were not allowed to even fight one another; however, if they could find the Divine Dragon Flags that were placed somewhere in the Normal Dark Worlds, they could challenge one of the participants.

"There are a total of 15 Normal Dark Worlds allocated for this trial and each Normal Dark World has a Divine Dragon Flag. So, as long as you find it, you can fight the participants who want."
