"But I don't want you to go!" the girl whined latching onto her sister.
It was time for Lillia to go. She did not like the fact that at any moment of the day her sister could die. It worried her to the point where she at times could not even sleep.
Laughing at the girl's childish actions Lillia peeled the girl off from her. "come on now. I will see you again in 4 months." the woman said with confidence
Violet on the other hand did not feel so confident.
What if she didn't come back?! What if this is truly the last time she ever sees her sister again? Shaking her head at attempt of not thinking of those horrid thoughts deciding to just enjoy the moments she spends with her sister at this short time.
Violet hugged the woman tightly feeling as if she did not want to let go. "I will miss you dearly." she spoke.
For some reason this slightly saddened Lillia. She knew that by going back to were the belonged will put her in grave danger most likely as well serving her country like this might lead her to her death.
But this is what she had to do. This is what she wanted to do.
"Yeah me too." the woman said soflty returning the girl's hug.
The two sisters held each other like that for a few minutes until the woman finally let go picking up her bags. "Well I guess I will be going now." she said taking a few steps forward. "Oh and Violet?" she asked making sure that the girl could hear her now glancing back.
"knock them down." Lillia said referring to the sexist coworkers that Violet complained about last night whilst they drank milk and ate the newly made cookies. It was a happy memory that she will cherish for once at that moment feeling quite peaceful. Not bothered by work, society or idiotic people. Just her and Lillia.
"I will!" she yelled out waving goodbye to her sister but she was unsure if the strongly built woman had heard it. She hoped so. If not she will write it in her weekly letter that she sent her beloved sister.
The woman was now in the carriage as as she rode off to the battle that she so passionately faught.
Staring at the carriage the girl heard an unpleasantly familiar voice speak behind her. "Well, Well, Well. So you are the sister of the first and last woman to fight war?" he asked a mischievous grin plastered on his stupid face.
Turning around Violet faced him with a glare. "oh no she might be the first but she most certainly will not be the last you twat." she spat bitterly at the boy. Why did she have to be punished by having this person's presence around her. All she had done was try to be a good and successful woman so what did she do that was so horrible to get her karma like this?!
He scowled upon hearing the girl disrespect him like that. He was a man of much higher status than her. He will not tolerate being yelled on by a peasant and them being a woman none the less. "I would advise you to call me by my actual name little girl." he spoke the bitterness laced in his tone whilst doing so.
"no. I think twat suits you much better. And I am not a little girl!" she yelled having already been 17 she was almost an adult and not to mention she had run a business ever since she was 15 which was the same year that her sister decided to join the army.
The boy known by the name Luca and although twat would actually suit him better he was not given the birth name twat sadly.
He scowled upon hearing the girl's foul words but was quite amused to see he got her angered once again. "oh love do not get so furiated. It can be quite easy to mistaken your age since you are well.... Rather small and childish." he said referring to Violet's rather small figure the girl not even able to reach up to his shoulders.
Now this is kind of weird since he himself is as well a short shit although his ego would never let him see that.
"I am not childish you idiotic pig!" she yelled now catching the attention of most people on the streets quite shocked to see a women speak her mind, never the less yell out loud in public, since it was seen as wrong at these times.
"Do you know who I am?!" he asked seeming to have snapped out of his charming and calm demeanor angered by the girl's insults.
"oh yes I know who you are. You're one of the pigs that escaped from the barn nearby." she spoke rather angrily smirking as she said her "clever" insult.
"You little! I... I will get my revenge Bekom! Just you wait!" as he yelled Luca walked off to run his errands what the girl said replaying in his head over and over as if his own bloody mind has joined forces with that rather odd and rude girl both of them mocking him now.
