Hurtful memories

Darkness was all that surrounded Lillia until suddenly there was a long and narrow tunnel of light

Curious the woman entered this tunnel wanting to see what's on the other side but as she walked something quickly stopped her.

It was a varies of memories of her that she was witnessing right before her eyes

"Oh my dear look what you've done! You truly are a little troublemaker aren't ya" she could hear the now almost unfamiliar scolding voice of her mother. As well the voices of others that she knew then and now.

"You are a disappointment to this entire family! Loving a girl?! This is proposturous!" the female flinched upon hearing this. She recognized this voice. It was her angry grandmother. The old lady seemed somewhat displeased then again when was she ever pleased?

"Oh don't worry deary I'm taking you to a very nice place." her grandmother spoke once more. She remembered this.

After her parents died. The only person willing to look after Lillia and her sister was the evil old hag. This woman always despised her for being gay never once interested in men.

There was nothing wrong with this or so had she thought but for some reason it bothered her new guardian to no end.

Even to the point where the woman had sent her to live in an asylum for an entire 2 months having people do terrible terrible things to her as a way of trying to fix her "illness"

2 Months weren't that long but she felt as though she had been left to rot there for decades.

In that God forsaken place she was tied up and beaten for hours but hat was not the worst of it. They even had sent a male to rape her.

This was a horrible experience that had left her with vivid nightmares and Lillia had always wondered why her beloved sister didn't come to her rescue only to find out that the evil old lady had told Violet that she had been on a search of jobs but to no avail.

The woman so desperately wanted to tell her sister everything. She wanted to cry and seek vengence but she simply couldn't. Violet was a sensitive and gentle person even though after all these years she had now build a high wall around her heart she was still as soft as always.

Lillia as well didn't want her sibling, her best friend to lose another person. She had already lost her mother and father she didn't want to make her lose a grandmother too.

If the old hag were to hurt Violet then it would be another story but surprisingly she was rather sweet and kind towards the girl the complete opposite of how she treated Lillia.

All these memories was still very hard for the woman to relive feeling as though she was about to collapse at any moment running her hands through her short chocolaty brown hair.

Suddenly she could feel a painful headache clutching her head as if that would make it go away but the pain only intensified as her left arm felt now like it was on fire making her fall to her knees.

It fel like this sufferbale pain was never going to end but to her surprise she could feel someone or something squeeze her hand this action taking all of that away making her fall into a calming state.

Meanwhile all this was happening in Lillia's head a certain someone sitting at the side of her clutching onto the woman's hand.

"We need to take her back to camp. Come on people let's move!" the leader of the medical team finally spoke as they all together lifted the quite heavy female up laying her down on a horse along with 3 other injured soldiers.

Cassidy felt unwilling to let go for some strange but what choice did she have? Fighting all her feelings pushing them away she let go staring at the injured woman as she left on the black majestic creature praying that Lillia would be okay.
