Sparks of battle

I woke up to the sound of rustling at the entrance of the cave.

Sleeping in the cave was a bad idea as the ground was damp.

I got up and took a look around the dark cave all the goblins except for the miner were staring at the massive assortment of minerals that was sitting on the cave floor.

Drenched in sweat the little miner was asleep atop the pile he'd created

I'm not going to lie I'm proud of the little guy he worked pretty hard.

The pile was twice his size and there were so many different minerals it was mesmerizing.

"I'll let him sleep for now" I said in a hushed tone

The goblins turned around very quickly they didn't know I had awoken so they were surprised.

"You three hunting now, bring home at least 10 to 20 rabbits with your classes it should be easy enough." I commanded

The ranger and knight stood up grabbed the weapons that they had set on the ground and the enhancer levitated his book to his hand.

They got out of the cave quickly.

I'm not gonna hesitate I need to get to work.

Ok adventures should arrive either today or tomorrow I need a few more goblins, after a week or so they can breed.

I can stop wasting points on them but they take 2 months to grow to the size that you buy them at.

"I need 10 goblins" I said

The same light flashed as last time and when it was gone their were 10 goblins standing in a semi circle.

"I'm gonna arrange you into squads when the Alpha team gets back for now hang out inside the cave" I commanded calmly

About 700m from the entrance of the cave in the dense forest the ranger was tracking a rabbit family while the knight followed behind him humming.

In the forest they had to watch their footing as not to trip on any roots but they were getting close to a clearing anyway.

Coming out into the clearing the enhancer who had learned the levitation spell and casted it on himself was hovering above his squad mates when he smelled smoke and stopped focusing on his spell book.

The knight was distracted and walked into the rangers back.

He was about to yell at him for stopping but before he could he looked up and saw the reason why the ranger had stopped.

There were 4 humans sitting around a fire.

The ranger was about to turn around and sneak back into the tree line when a short pale girl stood up and yelled "Look!" While pointing at them.

The enchanter used enhance on the warrior and said "Run now!"

The ranger had already started booking it into the forest in the direction of the cave.

The warrior almost tripped trying to follow, he could hear the clanging of armor behind him.

He kept ahold of the bag with the 9 rabbits inside of it as the master told him to bring them home.

The enhancer was a bit behind as his levitation skill didn't allow him to go very fast he was debating running but decided against it he had a 5 minute cool down on his enhance skill so he couldn't increase his speed much.

They were only about 200 meters from the cave now and could see the entrance occasionally between the trees.

Inside of the cave the demon was checking the traps and found that nothing had tripped them which disappointed him but he didn't mind much as the adventures should arrive tomorrow and he'll have time to get more traps from his menu.

He walked out of the cave and over to his carriage grabbed a lantern and brought it inside the cave and lit it, the cave had a bit more light now with the lantern in it.

I went outside to grab an axe to teach one of the goblins to be a lumberjack.

But as I stepped out of the cave the Alpha team came running out from the forest at full speed.

When ever they came back from hunts before they also walked so I asked them "Why are you guys running?"

The ranger yelled "HUMANS!"

The moment those words left his mouth the demon started giving orders to the goblins in the cave

"Everyone back of the cave if worst comes to worst wake up the miner he'll protect you."

After he said that all the goblins scrambled behind the mound.

The Alpha team got inside of the cave just as the group chasing them ran out of the forest.

The group consisted of a tall strong man clad in black armor.

A short figure in a black robe with a book floating in front of them.

An average looking guy in semi formal clothes holding a long curved blade.

As well as a short girl holding a knife in her hand.

"Well we found the cave a bit early huh guys." Said the man in the armor.

His face was hidden by his helmet but he spoke with confidence.

"Welcome to my dungeon make yourselves at home" I said grinning

"Your a lot bigger then the other demon we fought." Said the blade wielding man studying the black markings covering the white demons chest and neck

"I waited an extra 2 years more then usual to form my dungeon." I replied

"Let's stop with the small talk." Said a commanding voice that originated from the small hooded figure

Before they could do anything I summoned by aura weapon I named Roller it was a 6 foot metal rolling pin.

They had a look of awe on their faces but they quickly recovered and readied themselves to fight.

I walked back into the cave with everyone else, a move they obviously didn't expect.

"It's cold out here come inside." I said

They cautiously pushed into the cave following about 10 meters behind me.

"Alright Alpha squad this is your fight you need the levels." I said watching them walk out from behind the mound of minerals

They weren't nervous as I didn't let them be.

I gave them orders whilst they were in a trace like state, while in the cave with humans they become emotionless soldiers.

The Alpha squad readied themselves to fight.
