Chapter 9

Third Person P.O.V

"The Plane from Italy has finally landed" a woman said over the speaker, "all passengers please retrieve your luggage" the woman continued to talk.

A gorgeous woman with dark pink hair, who could be mistaken for a movie star, walked onto the terminal.

She took off her sunglasses, 'I won't let you get away this time' she had a serious face on as she began walking towards the exit.

After she went away a young man walked onto the terminal with wide smile pestered on his face. He look his surrounding with that smile before take a deep breath "This place air is quite fresher than I thought. Well, let see how your hometown is. Ne...Yuki." with that he walk away

Unnoticed, a small shadowy figure began running pass the crowds.

Around the Sawada house was nice and peaceful, that is until an explosion came from Tsuna's room.

"Oh, it looks like they're having fun." Nana said as she was preparing food, "it's good that Tsuna is energetic." Nana said going back to what she was doing.

In the midst of the smoke in Tsuna's room you could hear coughing, the smoke blew away revealing a blown up Tsuna. He was wearing white shorts that reached above his knees and a blue tank top. For some reason except the mess up hair his body and clothes is fine.

"Hey Reborn!" He yelled at the infant, "in what universe is there a tutor that blows up their student when they answer a question wrong!" He continued.

"This is the way I do it" Reborn said, he was in a construction uniform, and was holding a handle to a bomb. Like it was a toy.

"That can't be right" Tsuna was tired of the baby, "its good you got subordinates, keep working harder" he said nearing Tsuna. "Those two aren't my subordinates they're my friends!" Tsuna said while glaring at Reborn remember yesterday accident at the school.

"I'm not going to become a Mafia boss so there's no point for subordinates." Tsuna tried to reason with the Hitman. And he ignored Tsuna "next question." He said while pointing the next question with the bomb he hold.

'Knock' 'Knock'

Someone knocking the door and then familiar voice come from behind that door "Tsu-nii is everything alright?" Shirayuki worried voice come from behind the door.

"Ah! I'm fine Yu-chan!" Tsuna reply his sweet sister as he forgot the pain this entire day that caused by a dangerous baby. "Can I enter?" Ask his sister polite as usual. "It's okay Yu-chan. How many times I told you that you don't need to ask permission to enter." Reply Tsuna ignoring the baby that glaring at him.

The sister enter the room wearing long sleeved white shirt with pale blue sakura petals as accessories printing in the bottom of the shirt. She also wear black jeans that is very comfortable to wear. She play her fingers behind her back as she look away from Tsuna with an adorable blush on her face.

"I'm sorry somehow I already make it as a habit." She said while looking at the wall. Tsuna blush looking at his sister outfits as it look very good on her. "Ehem." Reborn fake cough as he give Tsuna sly smirk making the boy become red beyond reason. "Wha! I-it's not like that!" Tsuna yell embarrassed by what Reborn just pointed at him.

"Hmn? What's not like that Tsu-nii?" Yuki snap out her embarrassment and look at his brother because he suddenly yell out of nowhere. "It's nothing! By the way do you need something?" Tsuna immediately change the topic to avoid more embarrassment.

"Ahh! I just remember! Today I'm going to the airport." Yuki suddenly said the most unthinkable thing that exist making Tsuna yell in panic and confuse. Even Reborn also interested in the sudden topic that Yuki bring.

"What! Where are you going to!?" Tsuna yell and worried at the news his sister that suddenly want to go to the airport. "Ah.., I just going to pick up my friend at the airport, besides Tsu-nii, I'm already 12 years old. I can't enter airplane without a guardian." Yuki give Tsuna amused smile as he flustered for nothing.

"Well, I'm going to ask you to accompany me to the airport but it seems you still have some homework to do. So, I'm going to go alone." Yuki sigh disappointed.

"Why don't you ask Hibari-san to accompany you?" Tsuna ask his sister purely curious because the Skylark rarely let Yuki away from him. "Kyo-kun is busy today. He say that he have to stay home because his uncle visiting him today." Reply Yuki.

"By the way Yuki who is this person you going to pick up?" Reborn finally speak for the first time Yuki entered Tsuna's room. "It's Ran." Answer Yuki. Reborn about to ask who is this Ran person but he was answered. "Eh! That Ran-san who is your online friend! He finally came to Japan!" Yell Tsuna surprised to hear the news.

"Yes, he said it will be more interesting if we can speak in person than in video call. But really he likes to surprise me. Do you know he just tell me an hour ago that he on a plane to Namimori?" Yuki sigh at Ran playful personally but she seems to be very fond with this person.

Yuki then look up an observe Tsuna's room. For the first time finally notice the big hole in the wall and she saw something strange. There was an infant, in a cow suit, with a big afro, and carrying around a lot of dangerous weapons.

"Die Reborn!" the boy said pointing a gun at Reborn, but due to the weight of all the weapons the branch gave out making him fall.

He got up from the ground slowly, he started to cry. He began chanting something to himself, "Gotta...stay...calm" he had snot and tears running down his face.

"Um. Reborn is that your friend?" Yuki ask feeling very pitiful for the child. "No." Reborn reply her in short comment. "Tsuna let's continue with this question." Reborn continue like the strange child never exist. Tsuna was torn between focusing in his work and the strange child that wearing a cow suit.

While he confused about the strange cow suit child. The child suddenly enter the room by slamming the door. The child laugh then he point his finger at Reborn. Yuki and Tsuna watch this unique screen with conflicted feelings.

"It's been a while Reborn it's me Lambo!" the boy yelled but Reborn ignore him as if he doesn't even exist. "Remember this formula, all right?" Reborn told Tsuna, ignoring the now mad Lambo.

"Hey don't ignore me!" Lambo jumped towards Reborn, but Reborn just punched him towards the wall on the left side of the closed door.

"I tripped on something..." he mumbled, he began either laughing or crying...or both.

"The 5 year-old Hitman Lambo of the Bovino family, who came from Italy, has tripped" he yelled. "My favorite foods are grapes and candy drops! The sworn rival of Reborn, Lambo, has tripped" Lambo laughed.

Tsuna and Yuki only sweet drop at Lambo introduction. He just spell everything!

Yuki cannot bear hearing the cry from the child. So, she took the child in her arm and start to cooed the child while rocking him softly. "It's alright, it's alright. The pain is going to go soon. You're a boy right let's not cry." The child sob a moment before stop crying and went straight to sleep in her arm.

"Ah, he went to sleep." Tsuna state look very surprise as the child just loudly brawling just a moment ago. Yuki just smile kindly at the child she cradle. "You will be a good mother someday." Reborn suddenly said.

Yuki face become bright red like a tomato and almost grown the child in her hand. "Eh! No-no-no there is no way I'm a good mother! I'm still so young! I can't even-!" Yuki start to flustered for the first time. This startled Tsuna as he always see his sister as very perfect like person that nearly have no weakness exempt her weak body.

Tsuna then give his sister a smile finally he found it a prove that his sister really younger then him. She still have that innocent she always buried deep inside her maturity so he doesn't worried about her.

"Yu-chan you need to pick up Ran-san right." Tsuna smile as he remind his sister her agenda today as she seems to forgot it by the weirdness happen today.

"Oh no! Ran is going to wait for me! Thanks for reminding me Tsu-nii!" With that Yuki ran down stair while carrying the child with her. It seems she also forgot that she carrying something.

Yuki P.O.V

With heavy breathing I finally arrived at the airport and immediately search for Ran but the people is so many that even I have a hard time searching his white hair.

That is also the first time I meet a beautiful woman with her dark pink lock that flutter softly by the wind. She took off the sun glasses and out eyes meet. I find myself amaze with her green eyes that remind me to Yato's eyes.

She then walk closer to me with a smile on her face. "Excuse me can you show me where the food court is?" I blink my eyes and snap out my daze. "Oh! It over there. Please follow me." With that I lead the lady to the food court where she invite me sit with her in the cafe as she took some sip of coffee.

"Thank you. This place is larger than I thought. I almost lost if I don't ask you." Said the lady with a graceful smile. I just smile and speak to the kind lady "If you don't mind I can show you around this terminal. My older brother always got lost when we're going to pick up my father that always work outside the country that make me quite familiar with this place."

The lady look surprise before let out a giggle "Ah, I know that feeling but mine was a hopeless stubborn little brother who always blow up every single times." I blink my eyes at her word. Does she mean that her little brother easily get mad or something else.

"Well, I shall took your offer then. I don't want to get lost in unfamiliar place." She said as we stand up and start walk around the terminal. "Is this the first time you come to Japan?" I ask as I shown her my favorite snack shop in the terminal in her hand there is a big sakura mochi.

She took some bite and give it a nod. "It's delicious. Yes, this is my first time. I'm here to take back my lover back to Italy."

"Wow, your Japanese language is very good for an Italian. Did you have some fight with your lover that make him run to Namimori?" I ask purely curious at the lover she said.

"No, he have to babysit some heir that aren't qualified a bit." When she said that there is slight venom pointed at the heir she talking. "Ah, but it his own will to come here right. Is it okay for you to force him stop his job." I ask as I feel very sad for said heir as he done nothing wrong yet being hate just because this reason.

"Oh. I never thought of that. Well I will ask him when we meet." She took my advise with a nod as she find the point of my argument. We talk another casual things and I finally finished my tour. "Wow, this place is more interesting than I thought, thanks for your time." The lady smile grateful at me.

I smile bashfully as I shake my head "No..no..it also my pleasure to talk with you. I'm easily get sick and rarely out from my house. People always treat me like a place of glass that sometimes hurt. It is a great mood change."

"Hmn! Girl must have grace and power to beat up those man to their place. We also can fight." The lady give me an approve nod. "Ha..ha..you're correct. I'm glad to meet a beautiful person like you." I smile at her word.

"What are you saying? You're more beautiful than me with that long soft white hair and your adorable crystal blue orb. You make me very jealous by your beauty like perfection." The lady state honestly.

"E-eh! T-there is no way! I easily get sick by little wind! I rarely can go out making my skin too white to be healthy and my white hair make me look like a grandma." I shutter at her praise as I felt I don't deserve her praise.

"I want to beat you up for your indecisive comments but you really need to be proud of yourself and try to appreciate yourself even more. All girl in the world wish to have your porcelain white skin and your perfect round face. You better to learn or I'm really going to beat you up!" She then start to lecture me. By the end we laugh and find friend to each others.

Our fun was interrupted by my phone ringing. "Excuse me." I took my phone out from my pocket and press the answer bottom. "Eh!! I'm sorry Ran! I'm going to go there! Really! this time I will be there! I'm only got distracted a bit! Mou! I'm not forgetful! W-wha! Stop teasing me!" I yell as I heard Ran laugh at the other side. With a pout I close my call having enough hearing his laugh.

The lady beside me give me a sly smile "Oh, it's seem you're going to pick up your boyfriend before guiding me. Well, I'm not going to interrupt your date anymore. Bye!" With that she went away ignoring my shocked face.

I sigh when I can't see the lady anymore as she was swallowed by the crowd. "Hah, Ran is only my friend you misunderstood everything."

I shook my head as what just happens can't be change. I shrug the past and search for the shop that Ran choose to wait.

Byakuran P.O.V

I took a sip of my tea as I wait for Yuki. I never have thought that she would completely forgot about me while showing this place to another person she just met. But that is what make her Yuki. I'm always fascinating meeting her after the first time I chat with her, her kindness and honesty is something I rarely found now.

Yuki always treat me as myself and never push any expectations or her belief to me. It felt really good to be accepted for being who you're without the mask of society. That's the reason I'm very interested on this girl.

*gasps* "I-I'm sorry Ran." Yuki come to my place while gasping. She then start to cough badly and her body shaking badly. I immediately move away from my sit, catch her before she fall, after that I told her to sit down beside my chair to calm her sick body.

She look at her hand that she use to cover her mouth when she cough. But she immediately try to hide that hand from me. I caught her wrist before she able to do it and look what she want to hide from me.

"Blood."

Yes, her hand covered by her blood from her cough. I immediately took my napkin and wipe that blood away before anyone else can see it.

"Yuki explain." I give her my usual smile but she can definitely read my feeling by my stern voice. Yuki release a sigh while staring her clean hand. "Ran, I have told you that I'm sick right but that not all. I'm dying. The doctor said there was nothing they can do with my illness. All I have to do is waiting for my time to come."

My smile instantly wiped out by her word. I don't like what she said one bit. "How could you just accept your death like that!" I clench my teeth in anger while holding myself from lashing out in public area.

"There nothing we can do Ran. I'm fine to life just for a while at least within these years I can create many good memories. Even until death I will always remember all my precious person. That is including you Ran. I'm truly glad to meet you." Yuki look sad for a moment before she give me her kind and warm smile that she usually give to me.

I felt my anger being cool down somehow. I release a sigh while I really don't like she going to die and I can't do anything. Yuki is the first person who make me feel truly accepted. I don't want to lose her if only I know a way to heal her illness. "How much time you have left?" I ask feeling more tired than any harsh training I have accepted so far.

Yuki give me a strained smile "I actually never wanted anyone to know but I might not live to see my 15th birthday." When I heard that I finally realize that Yuki sickness is more dangerous than what she usually told me.

"Is there really nothing I can do?" I clench my hand feeling very frustrated for the first time in my life that I simply can't save my friend. Then I felt her hand softly brushing my hand that turn pale white because the force I put.

"There is no need for you to be frustrated. Like I said I'm happy to meet you. Please, Ran just accept it. Today we're supposed to have fun not discussing this depressing topic." Yuki give me that gentle smile that cooling my anger to myself.

I release a sigh as I give her my usual smile. "Alright. Then start let's start our tour." She give me a happy closed eyes smile as she stand and drag me away from the cafe. With new found energy she show me around Namimori Town we tried so many culinary and tourism spot.

Yuki look like ordinary girl without any critical illness on her. I wish our time can continue forever but it was impossible. In a mere two or three years I won't be able to see her smile again, I won't be able to feel her warmth again, and I won't be able to meet her again.

NO!!! I WON'T ACCEPT THIS!!! YUKI IS MINE!! I WON'T LET DEATH TAKE HER FROM ME!!!

Yuki I promise I will find a way to cure your illness even if I have to destroy the world to save you.
