New Years Party

As Xie Feihao hangs up, Xie Longdou puts on a surprised expression as he overheard the conversation. He could barely recognize his younger brother since Xie Feihao always distant himself from the rest of the family. Xie Longdou knows that his brother changed because of Zhen Liyue's birthday. He has heard rumors that Xie Feihao has been threatening people, but it was the first time he has seen this rotten personality himself, which was totally opposite from before. Now Xie Longdou really wonders if the rumors are false.

"So the elder brother is also surprised?" Xie Longdou turns his head, a lady with her hazel hair in a bun and blue eyes matches perfectly with her long blue dress. He heard that the actress who's around his age was coming to the party today, but he never expected a young lady with a very mature expression.

"You are miss Yang?" Xie Longdou was trying to be respectful and acts like an adult.

"Oh please, call me Alex or Siren." She kept a calm smile, "Looks like that younger brother of yours kept me in a lot of trouble with that fake name of his."

Xie Longdou suddenly sweats bullets. His younger brother annoyed a famous person? What will happen to his future and the future of this family?

Many nodes at the statement, "However, my daughter, Xie Yanzi, was bullied by her own cousin. She has been threatened, beaten with a knife, and yelled by her cousin, and her cousin is Xie Feihao, the well known irresponsible child of his family. Mother, I would like Xie Feihao not to gain any heritage of the family."

I hold my stomach and laughs until there are tears. Xie Yanzi's father's face is quite amusing right now, a nervous and confused face when something didn't go as expected. I stopped laughing, took a deep breath, and gave them a bright smile, "I did it. So?"

He was suddenly flustered, "What do you mean so? You hurt my daughter and left scars on her face."

"Don't worry about it, it won't make a difference since she was already ugly before I did anything. As matter of fact, she looks better than ever!" I snickered as his face was flustered with anger.

He took a deep breath, and continues, "Is this what you want everyone? This trash in our society who assaults people who are weaker than him?"

"Hey! I don't give a damn about you or this society!" I glared at him, the longer it goes the more I want to commit arson, "You can go-"

Yang Li covers my mouth in a hurry, "You should be quiet before it gets worse."

I kneed him in the stomach until he falls on the floor, "Did you just told me to shut up you cockroach?"

A woman suddenly stands in front of me and silence this chaos, "Apologies Mister Xie, but I can't help but notice you are insulting your brother's son, can you please tell me what's going on here?"

"Ah, miss Alex. Sorry that you have to be involved in this embarrassing situation, Xie Feihao is indeed my nephew, but my brother was right to kick that bastard out. Look at him, he has been bringing gangsters with him here!"

"Have you ever read those fictional romance novels with the heroine and the male lead as a CEO?"

"Actually, I have." She was confused at my question, "How is that related?"

"If those stories have a heroine, there is always a villainess." I pointed my fork towards Li Honglie, "The male lead." I point at Long Jingluo, "And a supporting character."

"So, if you are comparing them to the main roles of a romance novel, who's the heroine?"

"A white lily, or so you Americans like to call it, a kind 'Mary Sue.'" The moment I said 'Mary Sue,' Siren's, or Alex's, face was covered with slight disgust. I can confirm that she's Yang Li's cousin.

She quickly stops making that face and clears her throat as she notices my stare, "Who's the supporting characters?"

"Me, the childhood friend of Long Jingluo, and I absolutely hate her. Oh, and you might be a rival of the Heroine and Yang Li might also be the third male lead."

She looks annoyed, seems like she took it as an insult, "Why you say that?"

"The more I look at you, the more I notice that you are doting him too much."
